The ID107 is a wrist-worn Bluetooth fitness tracker with a heart-rate function, activity and sleep tracking, alerts, and other features listed in its manuals. The documentation explains setup and charging, but it does not establish how accurate the heart-rate readings are or whether the VeryFitPro app still works with current phones. The exact suffix matters: manuals cover ID107Plus HR, ID107L, and ID107Plus Color HR, and their specifications should not be treated as interchangeable.
What the ID107 wristband is
The ID107Plus HR manual describes a heart-rate fitness tracker that pairs with a phone through the VeryFitPro app. An FCC record for the ID107 smart bracelet associates the device with Shenzhen DO Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and dates to 2016. The documentation also names ID107L and ID107Plus Color HR variants; it does not establish that every version shares the same features, charging parts, or app behavior.
In this review, feature and setup details come from product manuals rather than hands-on testing. A historical 2016 review offers period context, but it is not a controlled test of heart-rate performance.
Features documented in the manual
The ID107Plus HR manual lists a broader set of functions than heart-rate monitoring:

How to set up the ID107Plus HR
The ID107Plus HR manual gives these pairing steps. Its listed phone requirements—Bluetooth 4.0 or above, iOS 7.1 or above, and Android 4.4 or above—are historical minimums printed in the manual, not confirmation of compatibility with current operating systems or app availability.

These instructions specifically name ID107Plus HR. Check the model suffix on another unit rather than assuming the same pairing flow applies.
Charging and wearing the band
For the ID107Plus HR, the manual says to pull the tracker module out of its strap and connect it to a USB port specified as 5V/500mA. It recommends charging before first use. Because the module is removable, confirm that any replacement strap or charging component is made for the exact variant; compatibility of generic parts is not established here.

The manual recommends wearing the device horizontally about 2 cm from the wrist joint. For exercise heart-rate monitoring, it advises moving it higher on the wrist and tightening it somewhat. That is wearing guidance, not proof of measurement accuracy.

Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Can you trust its heart-rate readings?
The manuals establish that the band includes a heart-rate function and provide advice on placement, but they do not report an accuracy percentage, comparison with a reference monitor, or clinical validation. The historical review is not a substitute for such testing. There is therefore no basis in these sources for a numerical accuracy claim or for treating the readings as medical measurements. Use them, at most, as an unvalidated fitness-tracking feature rather than for medical decisions.

What the variant documents do—and do not—show
The model suffix is important when checking specifications. For example, an ID107L manual hosted by the FCC lists a 2402–2480 MHz product frequency band and gives wearing advice. That regulatory specification does not establish consumer performance, and it should not be generalized to all ID107 models.
For a used or older unit, verify the full model name on the device or its documentation before relying on a feature list, charging instruction, or runtime figure. Current availability, present-day phone compatibility, and ongoing software support are not established by the manuals cited here.
Who should consider this tracker?
The ID107 may suit someone who wants a basic wristband with documented activity tracking and phone-linked functions, and who can confirm that the exact model pairs with their phone. It is a poor choice for anyone who needs validated heart-rate accuracy, confirmed current app support, or assured replacement-part compatibility. The documentation is enough to explain what the named variants claim to do, but not enough to rank the band against newer trackers.
