His collection has also included watches from Audemars Piguet, Rolex and Richard Mille, according to interviews from different years. The collection is clearly substantial, but no reviewed source establishes its total value; the “multi-million-dollar” label should not be mistaken for a verified appraisal.
How many watches does Kevin Hart own?
Hart told GQ in 2026 that his collection contains more than 250 timepieces. That is the most recent collection-size figure in the reporting cited here, not a complete public inventory: the watches he has discussed or been photographed wearing represent only identifiable examples.
An earlier Haute Time interview from 2015, updated in 2016, gave a much smaller breakdown: a dozen Rolexes, five Richard Milles, and a couple each of Patek Philippe and Audemars Piguet. Those counts describe that earlier point in Hart’s collecting life and should not be read as his current inventory.
What is Kevin Hart’s favorite watch?
Patek Philippe reference 5004
Hart told GQ that the Patek Philippe 5004 best reflects the qualities he values. He described the watch as “Small in stature, but big in ability, big in cadence, big in personality,” and said, “It’s a treat for me when I choose to wear it.” GQ reports that he owns three versions: white gold, stainless steel and rose gold.

- Pre-Loved Condition: Excellent; Light scuffing and wear to leather strap
- Length: 9.0" (22 cm),
- Made in Switzerland
- Buckle closure
- Signature upon delivery required
Patek Philippe introduced the 5004 in 1994. It combines a perpetual calendar, which tracks the calendar through leap years, with a split-seconds chronograph that can time two events beginning together but ending separately. GQ describes it as a serially produced watch with this combination of complications.
Hart’s preference also reflects an interest in how watches are made and where they fit in a brand’s history. He told GQ, “It’s understanding the birth of a watch, the family that it’s coming from, or if it’s a transition point for a brand.”

Which watches and brands are associated with Hart?
The examples below come from different kinds of evidence: Hart’s own comments, interview show notes and a watch identified in a public appearance. They establish specific associations, not a complete or current inventory.
| Watch or brand | What the reporting identifies | Evidence and date |
|---|---|---|
| Patek Philippe 5004 | Three versions in white gold, stainless steel and rose gold; Hart’s stated favorite | Hart told GQ in 2026 that he owns them |
| Patek Philippe Golden Ellipse 5738/51G-001 | White-gold case, black Fleurisanne hand-engraved dial and applied onyx signature at 12 o’clock | GQ identified it on Hart at the May 2026 Netflix roast |
| Rolex Submariner 16610 and Daytona 116508 | Both appear in the interview show notes | Hodinkee interview, 2023 |
| Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Concept Tourbillon Chronograph 26223OR and black ceramic Royal Oak Selfwinding Chronograph | The 26223OR is identified as Hart’s first tourbillon; Hodinkee described his focus at the time as primarily AP | Hodinkee interview and show notes, 2023 |
| Richard Mille RM 029 | Named in the interview show notes | Hodinkee interview, 2023 |
Hodinkee’s 2023 interview places Audemars Piguet at the center of Hart’s focus at that time, while also documenting Rolex, Patek Philippe and Richard Mille. In the older Haute Time interview, Hart said his first serious watch was probably a Submariner and described a stainless-steel Daytona as one of his favorites. He also praised watchmaking craft: “The effort watchmakers put into making something so unique. That’s what I love.”

A distinctive Golden Ellipse appearance
GQ identified Hart’s Patek Philippe Golden Ellipse reference 5738/51G-001 at the May 2026 Netflix roast. Patek Philippe introduced the Golden Ellipse in 1968; its design is based on the golden ratio. The example on Hart’s wrist pairs a white-gold case with a black, hand-engraved Fleurisanne dial and an onyx signature at 12 o’clock. It is a dressier, more ornamental design than the sporting Submariner, Daytona and Royal Oak references also associated with him.

GQ reports an approximate secondary-market figure of about $400,000 for precious-metal examples of the Patek Philippe 5004. That is a source-reported market estimate, not a confirmed sale price or an appraisal of Hart’s three watches; it also does not apply to the collection as a whole. Secondary-market estimates can change and differ by example.
A separate estimate of more than $3.4 million concerned 16 watches worn by several people at Hart’s 2026 roast, according to WatchGuys. It is an event-wide tally, not the value of Hart’s personal collection.
