Case, dial and the changing bronze surface
The case measures 42 mm wide and 12.3 mm thick. Bell & Ross specifies satin-finished and polished CuSn8 bronze, paired with a steel case-back. The bezel rotates in one direction and has a 60-minute scale; its bronze body surrounds a polished black ceramic ring.

Bell & Ross defines CuSn8 as 92% copper and 8% tin, and says the alloy will develop a patina over time. The surface change is a characteristic of the material, not a predictable schedule: the product information gives no aging timeline or maintenance method. T3’s qualitative fit observation is that the square case can wear larger than its nominal 42 mm width suggests; that is not a measured wrist-fit result. The brand’s Europe page lists wrist-size bands of S for under 16 cm, M for 16–19 cm and L for over 19 cm.
Movement and dive-watch specification
The BR-CAL.302-1 is an automatic mechanical movement with a stated 54-hour power reserve. The listed functions are hours, minutes, seconds and date. The glossy black lacquer dial has applied indexes and skeletonized hour and minute hands with white Super-LumiNova that emits green light. An anti-reflective sapphire crystal covers the dial.

Bell & Ross specifies 300 m water resistance, a screw-down crown and a unidirectional 60-minute bezel. The manufacturer calls it “A professional diving model compliant with ISO 6425.” That is Bell & Ross’s product-page statement; the available product information does not provide independent certification documentation or an audit of conformity.
Black Bronze versus Black & Green Bronze
The adjacent Black & Green Bronze is a separate variant, not another name for this watch. Bell & Ross’s respective product pages identify the following differences; specifications and availability should be checked against the exact reference rather than transferred between models.

Straps and limited-edition details
Bell & Ross specifies black rubber and ultra-resilient black synthetic fabric straps, and says an additional black synthetic canvas strap is included. Its Europe page lists wrist-size bands rather than a lug width or strap-attachment dimensions, so those figures do not establish compatibility with a third-party replacement strap.
The stated edition is limited to 999 pieces. The product page does not provide an original release date, so the page-access date should not be mistaken for the model’s launch year.
