Its jumping local-hour hand makes time-zone changes straightforward, while a 24-hour hand and a dual-purpose internal bezel add separate home-time and third-zone or elapsed-time references. The Windup Watch Shop product page currently marks the watch “Item no longer available,” despite still displaying its $699 price.
How the 3xT GMT tracks time
The display is arranged to distinguish local time from a second time-zone reference. The outer dial shows local time on a 12-hour scale; the hand in the center of the dial follows a 24-hour scale and is typically kept on home time. A rotating internal bezel can supply a third reference or be used to measure elapsed time.
Changing local time with the flyer GMT
A flyer GMT lets you adjust the local 12-hour hand independently in one-hour jumps, rather than moving all the hands together when you arrive in a new time zone. Worn & Wound’s November 8, 2023 launch article describes the 9075 this way: “A ‘flyer’ GMT, the 9075 allows for the local 12-hour hand to be jumped hour by hour when setting.” The 24-hour hand can remain set to home time while the local hour changes.
Windup Watch Shop lists the Miyota 9075 as an automatic movement running at 28,000 beats per hour, with 24 jewels, hacking seconds, and a quick-set date via the jumping hour. These are listed specifications, not independent test results.

- Quartz GMT Movement - When used in conjunction with the black and blue rotating bezel, the two-blue and white triangle GMT hand can be used to track a second time zone.
- Stainless-steel - The stainless-steel case and bracelet are resistant to corrosion, rust, and daily wear and tear.
- Date Window - Easily track the date in a dedicated window beside 3 o'clock.
- Enhanced Visibility - Luminant hands ensure readability in low-light conditions.
Using the internal bezel
The bezel combines 12-hour markings with minute and second markings. For another time zone, rotate it so its 12-hour index corresponds to the 24-hour hand’s reference; this lets the wearer read a third time-zone offset alongside local and home time. For elapsed time, align the bezel’s origin with the minute or second hand and follow that hand against the bezel markings.
The bezel is a reference scale, not an additional timekeeping mechanism. Its usefulness depends on setting it to match the time or interval you want to follow.
