The BA111OD Chapter 7 is a 40 mm Swiss automatic sport watch whose movement the brand says is certified by the Observatoire de Chronométrie de Genève (TIMELAB). BA111OD lists a Soprod P024 calibre, 38-hour power reserve, 10 ATM water resistance and stated accuracy of −4/+6 seconds per day. It is not established as COSC-certified: the brand names TIMELAB as the certifier, and the available sources do not establish that the certifications are interchangeable.
What does the Chapter 7’s chronometer certification mean?
BA111OD introduced the Chapter 7 in February 2025 as its first chronometer-certified model. Its current Jet Black product listing names the certifier as the Observatoire de Chronométrie de Genève (TIMELAB), and says each watch comes with an individual certificate and chronometry performance report. The brand states an accuracy of −4/+6 seconds per day. BA111OD’s February 2025 announcement and current Jet Black listing are the relevant brand sources.
That is the brand’s stated certification and rate; it is not a guarantee that every owner will see precisely that daily result in wear. The sources do not provide TIMELAB’s full test protocol or duration, nor do they establish COSC certification or prove equivalence between TIMELAB and COSC. Fratello’s launch coverage and Europa Star’s April 2025 article also identify TIMELAB and the stated rate; neither establishes COSC certification.

Which Chapter 7 versions are available?
Standard versions
BA111OD’s February 2025 announcement described four standard variations, pairing steel bracelets or rubber straps with the watch. The Jet Black listing also describes a stainless-steel bracelet with a tool-less micro-adjustable deployant clasp, or a rubber strap. The Frost Blue listing shares the headline movement, case, accuracy, power reserve and water-resistance specifications. Summer Edition capsule
In a June 11, 2025 announcement, BA111OD introduced a Summer Edition capsule in pink, turquoise and yellow, with black PVD 40 mm cases, 100 m water resistance and TIMELAB-certified movements. The announced starting price was CHF 840. That announcement does not establish whether these editions remain available now. Details are in the Summer Capsule announcement.
How much does the BA111OD Chapter 7 cost?
Prices vary by source and date. BA111OD’s February 2025 launch announcement set launch prices at CHF 760 for rubber-strap versions and CHF 820 for steel-bracelet versions. The official product pages accessed in 2026 displayed CHF 780 for Jet Black and CHF 840 for Frost Blue. The sources do not explain the difference between the launch and displayed prices.

Those are distinct dated prices, not a single current price for every configuration. Check the live listing for the exact dial, strap or bracelet and destination before ordering: availability, taxes, duties and purchase terms can vary. When accessed in 2026, the Jet Black page displayed 10 working days’ availability, a two-year warranty and 14-day returns; it also said displayed US prices include tariffs, while UK and Canadian deliveries may incur import taxes or duties. Treat those terms as specific to the page and time accessed, not universal or guaranteed. The dated prices and purchase details appear on the launch announcement, Jet Black page and Frost Blue page.

BA111OD’s listing identifies the movement as a Soprod P024 but does not establish an approved third-party service route, repair instructions or compatible consumer replacement parts. Do not assume that a generic movement part or repair tool is suitable for this specific watch.
