What is the Hamilton x Far Cry 6 watch?
It is a real Hamilton Khaki Field watch created alongside Ubisoft’s Far Cry 6, released in 2021. Hamilton describes it as a watch designed to work both in the game and in real life, and calls it the first branded watch integration in the Far Cry franchise. The official model name is Khaki Field Titanium Automatic Far Cry 6 Limited Edition, reference H70645533. Hamilton’s US product page identifies the reference and current collection status.
The collaboration puts a game-specific design on a functional mechanical watch rather than making a purely fictional prop. Hamilton CEO Vivian Stauffer noted in the 2021 announcement: “We know from experience that designing a prop watch for the screen doesn’t always immediately translate to a real-world product.” Hamilton’s September 21, 2021 press release describes the partnership.
How the watch fits Far Cry 6
In the game’s story, Juan Cortez gives Dani Rojas the watch after Dani completes the first mission. Its backstory ties it to former Yaran president Santos Espinosa and an assassination attempt in 1983. The edition count—1,983 watches—references that fictional year, according to Hamilton and Swatch Group. Hamilton’s collaboration page gives the in-game context and edition count.

The watch also has a defensive function in the game: its “keeps on ticking” effect improves Dani’s general defense while she sprints, helping her escape danger. That is a gameplay mechanic, not a capability of the physical watch. In real life, the H-10 movement provides an 80-hour power reserve; it does not provide protection to its wearer.
Design and specifications
Hamilton’s official specifications describe a 42 mm titanium case, black dial, sapphire crystal, automatic H-10 caliber and 10 bar (100 m) water resistance. The US product listing adds a 11.45 mm thickness, 20 mm lug width, open case back, Nivachron balance spring and Super-LumiNova. Swatch Group’s 2021 description says the brushed titanium case and black dial with a split “6” marker reference the game’s logo, while the red seconds hand echoes the game’s colors and guerrilla forces. The Swatch Group announcement also describes the watch’s in-game role and edition.
What came in the special package?
Hamilton’s product page says the special package included an additional leather strap, a strap-changing tool and a leather carrying case. Swatch Group’s announcement describes a brown leather NATO strap, an additional brown nubuck strap and a leather pouch. These are descriptions of the original package, not confirmation of what comes with any particular used watch. For a pre-owned listing, ask for clear photos and confirm which straps, tool and pouch are actually included.
