Hublot’s Classic Fusion Yohji Yamamoto All Black Camo is a 42 mm matte-black ceramic limited edition, announced on January 7, 2026, in a run of 300 pieces. Its camouflage pattern is worked into a black-on-black dial, making texture—not bright contrast—the design’s defining feature.
A first for the collaboration
Hublot describes this as its first Yohji Yamamoto collaboration on the Classic Fusion line and the fourth project between the two brands since their partnership began in 2020. The watch applies the collaboration’s monochrome aesthetic to a familiar Hublot format: a round ceramic case, patterned dial and fabric-and-rubber strap.
Hublot CEO Julien Tornare said, “This project marks our very first collaboration on a Classic Fusion model, and together, we share the belief that luxury is not what shines, but what endures”. That is the brand’s framing of the design, rather than a technical claim about the watch.
Yamamoto’s accompanying thought is more concise: “Black is modest and arrogant at the same time”. On this model, the idea is expressed through finish and relief. The case is matte black, while the dial’s embossed camouflage uses black and dark grey rather than a conspicuous multicolor pattern.

Case, dial and construction
The case measures 42 mm across and is made from matte black ceramic. Monochrome Watches specifies that the ceramic is microblasted and reports a thickness of 10.4 mm. The dial has embossed black-and-dark-grey camouflage, black hands and indices, and a date display at 3 o’clock.
A sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment protects the dial; a smoked sapphire caseback gives a tinted view of the movement. The black strap combines fabric and rubber and closes with a black-finished steel folding clasp.

Movement and technical specifications
Hublot’s announcement calls the automatic movement MHUB1110. Monochrome Watches uses the designation HUB1110 and identifies it as based on the Sellita SW300-1, with 25 jewels, a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and approximately 42 hours of power reserve. These movement-base and performance details are reported by Monochrome, not specified in Hublot’s announcement.
Monochrome also lists water resistance of 50 m, or 5 ATM. That rating is a specification, not a recommendation to use the watch for every water activity; follow Hublot’s care guidance for the particular watch.

Hublot says the watch is available through selected points of sale and online at hublot.com. Yohji Yamamoto’s Japanese announcement names Hublot boutiques in Japan and the same online channel. Those announcements do not establish current inventory, eligibility by country or resale pricing. The limited-edition count is 300; it does not mean all pieces remain available.

What defines this edition
The All Black Camo is primarily a design-led variation: the camouflage is visible through embossed surfaces and subtle tonal shifts instead of high color contrast. The ceramic case, smoked caseback and mixed fabric-and-rubber strap carry the same restrained palette across the exterior. For a buyer, the concrete trade-offs to consider are the 42 mm case, the dark dial treatment, the reported 50 m water resistance, and the edition’s limited production—not an assumed performance advantage from its black finish.
Hublot Classic Fusion Yohji Yamamoto All Black Camo is the full model name; its reported reference is 542.CI.6670.NR.YOY.
