The Micromilspec Milgraph T5 is a Grade 5 titanium GMT chronograph announced on February 25, 2026. Its defining feature is a left-hand chronograph layout, with the crown moved to the opposite side of the case; the watch pairs that design with a La Joux-Perret L121 automatic movement, a 60-hour power reserve and 200 m water resistance. Micromilspec announced two strap configurations and an annual production run of 35 pieces.
What is the Micromilspec Milgraph T5?
The T5 is a titanium addition to Micromilspec’s Milgraph collection. The brand’s February 25, 2026 announcement describes it as a model with a left-hand chronograph arrangement and a crown repositioned from its conventional location. That orientation distinguishes the watch visually and puts the crown on the opposite side of the case from the usual right-hand placement. The announcement does not claim a measured ergonomic benefit, so wrist comfort will depend on the wearer and how the watch is used.
The case is Grade 5 titanium. Micromilspec announced two configurations: a titanium bracelet or a rubber strap. Revolution Watch’s March 2, 2026 report lists a 42 mm case diameter and 15 mm thickness; those dimensions are reported by that publication, not independently measured here. Micromilspec’s announcement and Revolution Watch’s specifications provide the launch details.

How do the layout and bezel work?
Left-hand chronograph arrangement
Micromilspec moves the crown from the conventional position to the left side of the case and describes the T5 as retaining the Milgraph’s left-hand chronograph arrangement. Its three chronograph subdials are labeled for hours, minutes and seconds, helping identify their roles at a glance. The sources describe the layout but do not establish a specific benefit for left-handed wearers or report a comfort test.

QuadGrip bezel and dial details
The QuadGrip bezel has four deep indents intended to make it easier to operate while wearing gloves, according to Micromilspec. It has a rotating minute scale. Revolution Watch describes the dial finish as sunray chrome and reports Super-LumiNova X1 on the hands and indices. These are design and materials descriptions, not independent assessments of legibility in particular conditions.
Is the Milgraph T5 a GMT watch?
Yes. The T5 includes a GMT function and a red-tipped GMT hand, identified by Micromilspec. That hand is distinct from the chronograph subdials, which are labeled for hours, minutes and seconds. The available launch descriptions establish the GMT function but do not explain a specific time-zone setting procedure; consult the current manufacturer instructions for operation.
