The MING 37.09 Uni is a 38 mm black DLC-coated dive watch with an internal rotating sapphire timing dial, orange-emission lume and a manufacturer-stated 600 m water-resistance rating. It launched in 2025 as a 150-piece edition, but MING’s product archive now lists it as sold out, with deliveries complete and no further production planned.
What makes the 37.09 Uni distinctive?
The Uni combines a matte-brushed, black DLC-coated stainless-steel case with a sapphire dial that serves as an internal dive timer. Its design pairs orange accents with Super-LumiNova X1 on the indices, sapphire dial and hands. MING describes the orange-emission lume as a first for the brand.
The timer is a 60-click scale on a unidirectional rotating sapphire dial, operated by a crown at 4 o’clock. MING says it can be operated underwater. Availability and launch price
MING’s archive currently marks the 37.09 Uni sold out, says deliveries are complete and states that the model will not be produced again. That makes it a secondary-market purchase rather than a watch with confirmed original retail availability. Check MING’s product archive for any change to its status.

Uni or Bluefin: what can be compared?
The Uni and Bluefin share the rotating sapphire timing-dial concept, according to MING. For a practical choice, focus on observable differences rather than assuming one is objectively better:
- Case and color: the Uni has a black DLC-coated case with orange accents.
- Availability: MING says the Uni is sold out and will not be produced again. Confirm the Bluefin’s current availability directly with its maker before deciding.
- Launch terms: the Uni’s reported 2025 price and 150-piece production run are historical details, not a basis for judging current value.
- Preference: choose based on which design and condition appeal to you; the available evidence does not establish that either watch is objectively superior.
