The Romain Gauthier Titanium Edition Six, reference MON00560, is an 88-piece limited edition produced in 2024–2025. Its defining feature is a partially open sapphire dial: the aperture reveals the seconds wheel and part of the escapement, while the hours and minutes remain on an off-centred display. The case and movement are made from Grade 5 titanium, with hand-finished bridges.
What the openworked dial reveals
Unlike a conventional solid dial, the sapphire dial of the C by Romain Gauthier MON00560 is opened in a specific area to show part of the mechanism rather than exposing the entire movement. Through it, the wearer can see the seconds wheel and escapement-line assembly, including the escapement wheel, balance and pallet. The remaining dial surface preserves a distinct area for the time display.
Hours and minutes are shown off-centre, and the small-seconds display sits at 7 o’clock. The hands, applied numerals and hour markers are 18k white gold filled with Super-LumiNova. The manufacturer’s product page identifies the watch as reference MON00560.
Case dimensions and materials
Romain Gauthier specifies a Grade 5 titanium case measuring 41 mm in diameter, 49.5 mm lug-to-lug and 9.55 mm thick. The manufacturer rates water resistance at 50 m and lists total weight, including the strap and buckle, at 55 g. Its rubber strap and titanium pin buckle are shaped to follow the case.

Movement and display
The manually wound movement displays hours, minutes and small seconds. Romain Gauthier lists an approximately 60-hour power reserve and 158 components. In its 2024 launch coverage, Monochrome Watches reports 24 jewels and a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour.
Titanium movement and hand-finishing
The titanium theme extends beyond the case: the manufacturer describes a Grade 5 titanium movement architecture. It also highlights hand-finished bridges, including double-bevelled edges and a hand-engraved, dimpled texture known as “boucharder.” These treatments give the open dial a second point of interest: the visible mechanism is not only functional display, but also a view of the movement’s material and finishing.

Monochrome Watches likewise described an 88-piece run in its 2024 launch article and reported a launch retail price of CHF 48,000 excluding taxes. That figure is historical launch pricing, not a current quote or an estimate of resale value. The available sources do not establish current inventory or market pricing.
