The contrast is clearest in the case material, dial treatment, and movement: bronze and a California dial with the P.3000 in PAM01729; Platinumtech, a circular-brushed dial, and the hand-wound P.3001/10 in PAM01730. Both are listed at 47 mm, so the available specifications do not establish a size difference between them.
The Italian experience Panerai associated with ownership
Panerai’s Panerai Experiences listing scheduled a four-day itinerary for September 15–18, 2026, and describes the experience as restricted to owners of the set. The schedule began with the centenary of Panerai’s Piazza San Giovanni boutique in Florence, then linked the brand’s heritage to Italian Navy locations and frogmen diving sites.

Details named by Panerai include the Casina degli Incursori at Bocca di Serchio and the Vasca Panerai at COMSUBIN in Porto Venere. The itinerary also included a vintage-car journey through the Tuscan countryside and a yacht tour along the Ligurian coast. These are elements of Panerai’s own experience description, not independently established historical accounts.
The scheduled dates have passed, but the official pages still frame the experience as upcoming. They do not confirm that it occurred, report attendance, or offer a post-event account. Panerai’s description calls it “A Singular, Unrepeatable Journey into Panerai’s Origins,” presenting the trip as a way to visit places associated with the brand’s beginnings.
