The Sinn Lufthansa 100 Years watch is a limited anniversary version of Sinn’s 103 St Sa chronograph, developed with Lufthansa for the airline’s 100th anniversary. Lufthansa’s Worldshop lists it as limited to 100 individually numbered pieces, sold through worldshop.eu and the Frankfurt Airport Store. Hodinkee’s launch coverage gives a price of €2,890, which is launch reporting rather than a confirmed current price.
What the watch is
The edition is a collaboration between two Frankfurt-based companies, built on Sinn’s 103 St Sa chronograph. Its most visible changes are a customised rotating bezel with a 12-hour display and a dial and hands finished in Lufthansa colours. Hodinkee describes the dial as grey, so the Lufthansa colour accents are best read as detailing on an otherwise grey face rather than a fully recoloured dial.
Every watch carries its own number. Worldshop’s product Q&A states: “Each watch has a unique limited edition number ranging from 001/100 to 100/100.” No named individual is credited with that statement, and the sources reviewed contain no direct quotation from a named Sinn or Lufthansa representative.

How it compares with the standard 103 St Sa
The manufacturer’s technical PDF for the standard 103 St Sa is the baseline for the core case dimensions and movement. It is not a description of the anniversary edition, and it should not be used to fill in the edition’s movement or other details.

Because the movements differ, compare the two models by variant rather than assuming identical internals. The case dimensions match.

Price and redemption
Hodinkee reports a price of €2,890 and a redemption option of 781,000 Lufthansa miles. Both figures come from launch coverage, so they may have changed or may be subject to terms set by the retailer. Check the current price and any miles option on the live Worldshop listing before purchasing.
Where and when to buy
Worldshop names two exclusive sales channels: its website at worldshop.eu and the Frankfurt Airport Store, Terminal 1, Hall A. Its listing gives 1 October 2026 as the start date.

Hodinkee’s launch article, dated 2 October 2026, gave a different expectation: availability estimated for the end of week 44, around 1 November 2026. That is an independent estimate, not a confirmed delay. For the sales date and stock, the retailer’s live page is the authoritative source. As of 9 October 2026, the listed start date has already passed, so stock status on the live page is the detail to check.
Straps and fit
- Included strap: The listing’s delivery section names an olive-grey textile strap.
- Second strap: Hodinkee says two straps are included, a black calf strap and the olive-grey textile strap. The English listing excerpt does not confirm the black calf strap, so confirm the package contents with the retailer before buying on that basis.
- Fit for aftermarket straps: The listing states compatibility with straps using a 20 mm lug width. Confirm that width against the strap you intend to buy, because a strap listed for another lug width will not fit the case.
Where the sources disagree
- Anti-magnetic standard: The Worldshop listing text displays “DIN ISO 6248309,” while Hodinkee gives “DIN ISO 764.” The sources do not agree, and the correct designation is not confirmed in the material available. Confirm it with Sinn before quoting a standard.
- Water resistance: The 20 bar figure is a pressure resistance stated by the listing. It is not a diving-depth rating, and it should not be read as one.
- Price and miles: The €2,890 price and 781,000 miles are launch reporting from Hodinkee, not a guaranteed current price.

Sinn is the stated contact for repairs on this edition, so direct any service questions to Sinn rather than to the retailer.
