The January 2026 Tiffany Timer, reference 75450125, is a 40 mm platinum chronograph limited to 60 pieces. Its Tiffany Blue dial and diamond indexes dress a customized Zenith El Primero 400 movement, whose rotor carries a miniature gold Bird on a Rock. It is a modern wristwatch inspired by Tiffany’s 1866 timing watch—not the separate titanium-and-platinum Timer edition reported later in 2026.
From Tiffany’s 1866 timing watch to the Tiffany Timer
Tiffany’s heritage account says the company introduced the Tiffany & Co. Timing Watch in 1866, describing it as one of the world’s earliest stopwatches. The company says the watch was later renamed the Tiffany Timer and used in science and sport. Tiffany presents the contemporary chronograph as a tribute to that history.
The historical connection is the inspiration, not a claim that the modern watch is a stopwatch in the original sense: the January 2026 model is an automatic wristwatch with chronograph functions.
What defines the January 2026 Tiffany Timer
The launch specification is reference 75450125, a 60-piece edition in polished platinum. Fratello’s January 19, 2026 report provides the detailed specifications below; Tiffany’s launch-release text also describes a customized El Primero 400 and confirms the limited edition and platinum construction.

Why the El Primero and Bird on a Rock matter
The El Primero 400 is an integrated automatic chronograph movement, rather than a standard time-only calibre with a separate timing module added on. Fratello’s published specifications give it a 5 Hz frequency and a 50-hour power reserve. The movement’s chronograph layout provides central elapsed seconds alongside 30-minute and 12-hour counters.
The rotor turns the watch’s mechanics into a Tiffany signature: a hand-sculpted 18K yellow-gold miniature Bird on a Rock. That detail is distinct from the January model’s white-gold case hardware and platinum case.

The later 2026 edition is a different Tiffany Timer
T3 reported on August 27, 2026 that Tiffany had introduced a second Timer edition, limited to 100 pieces and expected to launch in September. Its reported materials and dial treatment differ from the January watch. T3 said its price was on request; the report does not establish whether the planned September launch took place or whether the watch is currently available.

The two watches share the Tiffany Timer name and El Primero 400 family, but their edition sizes, case materials, dial designs and straps are not interchangeable. The 60-piece January platinum watch is the Tiffany Blue version described in the detailed specifications above.
