What is the Modello Uno ProDiver?
The ProDiver is UNIMATIC’s purpose-focused dive-watch line within the Modello Uno family. The collection’s steel models are rated to 300 m; the titanium flagship is reported at 600 m. UNIMATIC describes the range as designed for professional-grade exploration. That is brand positioning, not evidence of independent comparative dive testing.
The U1-PD3-B is the best-documented reference in the collection: UNIMATIC publishes a detailed technical sheet for it, including its case, movement, and testing claims. The orange steel U1-PD3-OR has an official product page, while the titanium U1S-T-PD6-B’s movement and 600 m figure are reported in launch coverage.

What the U1-PD3-B specification sheet establishes
UNIMATIC’s technical sheet identifies the U1-PD3-B as an Italian-made professional diver, individually tested for accuracy and water resistance, and limited to 300 individually numbered pieces. These are claims for this reference; the sheet does not establish equivalent testing details for every ProDiver model.
Case, bezel, and crystal
The brushed 316L steel case measures 40 mm across, or 41.5 mm including the bezel. Lug-to-lug length is 49 mm. Thickness is 13.2 mm without the crystal and 14.4 mm with it. The 2.5 mm double-domed sapphire crystal has an inner anti-reflective coating. A 120-click unidirectional safety bezel carries a ceramic diving insert with Super-LumiNova markers. The screw-down crown and caseback complete the stated construction.

UNIMATIC’s product material describes dual-color Super-LumiNova and matte ceramic bezel inserts. Those material and lume descriptions are brand specifications, not independent evidence of comparative scratch resistance or performance in extreme conditions.
Movement and operation
The U1-PD3-B uses the automatic Seiko NH35A at 21,600 beats per hour, with 24 jewels, self-winding and manual winding, hacking seconds, and more than 41 hours of power reserve. UNIMATIC lists an accuracy tolerance of -20 to +40 seconds per day. The technical sheet lists hours, minutes, and seconds, but no date function.

Water resistance and supplied strap
The stated rating is 300 m, approximately 1,000 ft or 30 atm. The sheet says the watch is individually tested for water resistance; it does not describe an independent test program. The supplied strap is a black heavy-duty nylon NATO strap with black DLC-brushed hardware.
The specified 22 mm strap width makes 22 mm NATO straps an evidenced accessory route for the U1-PD3-B. Do not assume that width or hardware compatibility for every Modello Uno: check the exact reference and strap construction before buying a replacement.

How the steel and titanium models differ
Steel: U1-PD3-B and U1-PD3-OR
The black U1-PD3-B and orange U1-PD3-OR are the 300 m steel options. The black reference has the fuller published specification: its sheet confirms the NH35A, three-hand display, 22 mm strap size, and detailed case measurements. UNIMATIC’s orange-model page identifies an automatic NH35A and a 300 m rating, but the cited page does not provide enough reference-specific detail to assert every measurement or function from the black model applies to it.
Titanium: U1S-T-PD6-B
The U1S-T-PD6-B is the collection’s black-dial, sandblasted-titanium flagship. Fratello’s launch coverage reports a 600 m rating and a Sellita SW200-1b automatic movement with date. That makes it distinct from the NH35A steel references in both reported depth rating and date function. These titanium details come from launch coverage rather than the cited U1-PD3-B technical sheet.

Price, availability, and edition size
Fratello Watches and Monochrome Watches reported launch prices of €750 plus VAT for the steel models and €1,500 plus VAT for the titanium model, with each reference described as a 300-piece limited edition. Those are historical launch figures, not current offers. Current stock, prices, and tax treatment have not been verified; check UNIMATIC or an authorized seller for live information. The official U1-PD3-B sheet specifically states a 300-piece individually numbered edition for that reference.
