No—Laco’s “100 Years – 100 Days – 100 Watches” giveaway is over. The company says the campaign ended on October 26, 2025, and that its centenary prize, the FRIEDA, was created for the giveaway rather than offered for sale.
When did Laco’s 100-watch giveaway end?
Laco’s official campaign page dates the end of the 100-day promotion to October 26, 2025. Its name referred to the company’s 100th anniversary, the campaign’s 100-day duration and the 100 watches it said it was giving away. The campaign is historical, not an open drawing; old calendar listings and entry instructions should not be treated as current opportunities. Laco’s campaign page and its official recap describe the promotion and its close.
What was the FRIEDA prize watch?
Laco says it created FRIEDA for the centenary in tribute to Frieda Lacher, whom the company identifies as a co-founder of its manufacture. Laco described the watch as exclusive to the giveaways and not available to buy. The specifications below are the manufacturer’s descriptions, not results of independent testing.
- Dial and hands: textured red dial, luminous numerals and indices using Super-LumiNova C1, and black-framed luminous hands.
- Case and crystal: dark sandblasted stainless-steel case with a “Laco 1925–2025” engraving and a flat sapphire crystal.
- Movement: automatic Laco 2S, based on the Miyota 82S0, with stop-seconds functionality.
- Strap: grey leather with red stitching.
See Laco’s FRIEDA description and its product information for the company’s published details.

How were entries distributed?
There was no single entry route for the full campaign. Laco distributed chances at different times through channels that included its online shop, social accounts, showroom, newsletters, email, postcards, watch media and creators, and the WatchTime Düsseldorf event. Dates and entry mechanics varied, so rules for one promotion did not automatically apply to another. The campaign calendar is useful as a record of past activities, not as a current sign-up list. Laco’s campaign calendar lists the historical promotions.
WatchTime Düsseldorf: a dated example
The WatchTime event illustrates why individual terms need to be read in context. For its October 24–26, 2025 participation period, Laco’s event terms instructed visitors to enter at the company’s booth by completing an entry card. Participants had to be at least 18. The event offered nine limited FRIEDA watches—three per day. These were rules for that event alone, not general eligibility or prize terms for every giveaway in the centenary campaign. The details are in Laco’s WatchTime Düsseldorf terms.

What the numbers mean
| Figure | What it refers to |
|---|---|
| 100 years | Laco’s centenary framing for the 2025 campaign. |
| 100 days | The campaign duration stated by Laco; it ended October 26, 2025. |
| 100 watches | The total number of exclusive FRIEDA watches described in the campaign name and Laco’s recap. |
| 9 watches | The prizes for the WatchTime Düsseldorf event specifically: three per day from October 24–26, 2025. |
The nine event prizes were one part of the wider campaign, not a revision of the 100-watch total. Laco’s recap says it gave away 100 exclusive FRIEDA watches. Laco’s recap
