Longines’ U.S. catalog still lists both 40 mm automatic versions—one in rose gold and one in yellow gold—at $16,450 each, though a catalog listing does not confirm current stock.
What are the Longines Master Collection GMT gold watches?
They are two precious-metal versions of the Master Collection GMT: one with an 18-carat rose-gold case and one with an 18-carat yellow-gold case. Longines announced each as a limited series of 500 pieces in its January 3, 2024 release. The announcement describes an exclusive GMT movement visible through a transparent case back.

Longines’ current U.S. catalog labels both versions automatic and gives each a 40 mm case diameter. The catalog also describes a silicon balance-spring and resistance to magnetic fields. These are manufacturer-stated specifications; the available official pages do not establish a calibre number or independent performance results.

The official launch announcement and U.S. product catalog establish the release date, limited-series quantities, precious-metal options, 40 mm size, automatic designation, and the manufacturer’s descriptions of the GMT movement. They do not establish current inventory, a specific calibre number, power reserve, water resistance, or hands-on performance. Longines’ product page also recounts brand GMT history, including a 1911 patent for a pocket watch displaying two time zones; that is Longines’ historical account, not an independently verified claim here.
