Neptune, Falcon and Astra are listed at $699, and the Hyperion GMT is $799. This review is built from Lorier’s own product and support pages, so it covers what the watches are, how they differ and what the company promises. It does not include hands-on impressions, timing tests or long-term reliability findings, because none of that has been independently established.
Which Lorier fits which buyer
Lorier’s own positioning is the starting point, though these are brand descriptions rather than independent assessments. The site calls Falcon a field watch, Astra its refined standard, Neptune a dive watch and Hyperion the classic jet-setter. Lorier’s home page sums up its pitch as “We make the watch. You make the history.”
- Want a GMT: Hyperion is the only one with a second time zone.
- Want a diver: Neptune has the highest water-resistance rating in the range.
- Have a smaller wrist or want a smaller watch: Falcon and Astra are the compact pair.

#1 Best Overall
- Modern minimalist dial in all-black: a sleek 40 mm octagonal case frames a clean two-hand layout with raised Eastern Arabic numerals for a unique, conversation-starting look. The monochrome finish pairs easily with streetwear, business casual, or weekend fits.
- Lightweight comfort all day: tough polycarbonate case and smooth resin link bracelet keep weight about 49 g while a stainless-steel back rests gently on the wrist. The 11 mm profile slides under cuffs, delivering a stealthy silhouette that feels barely there.
- Right out of the box fit: the adjustable link bracelet sizes at home in minutes
- Reliable quartz movement: precise, low-maintenance timekeeping with a quiet two-hand display that eliminates the loud tick of a seconds hand. Simple set-and-go operation makes this an easy everyday watch you can grab and wear without fuss.
- Built for daily life: clear dial window and sealed case handle everyday bumps and light splashes from hand-washing or rain. Not for shower, sauna or swimming. Case width 40 mm, thickness 11 mm; band width 26 mm. Choose from three understated styles.
Published specifications
- 316L stainless-steel case, screw-down crown, 24-click bidirectional bezel
- Dome sapphire crystal with internal anti-reflective coating, plus a sapphire bezel insert
- Case 39 mm wide (37 mm at the bezel), 10.7 mm thick plus a 1.45 mm crystal, 46 mm lug-to-lug
- 20 mm lugs, with the bracelet tapering to 16 mm at the clasp
- Stainless-steel bracelet with screw pins and a quick-adjust clasp, fitting wrists up to 8 inches
- 100 m / 330 ft water resistance
- Included extras: a microfiber pouch and a 1.4 mm flathead screwdriver
The bracelet’s 8-inch limit matters if you have a larger wrist. A 100 m rating is fine for splashes and swimming, but it is lower than Neptune’s. These are Lorier’s claims, not tested results.
Lorier Neptune
Neptune, reference 737080, is a no-date automatic diver with a Miyota 9039 movement. Lorier lists 200 m / 660 ft water resistance, a screw-down crown, a 120-click unidirectional bezel, a dome sapphire crystal with internal anti-reflective coating and a sapphire bezel insert. It has a stainless-steel bracelet with a quick-adjust clasp.

Falcon and Astra
Both are $699, 36 mm wide, 44 mm lug-to-lug and rated to 100 m, according to Lorier Support. Lorier’s pages reviewed here don’t give a full specification comparison for them, so check their product pages for movement, crystal and bracelet details. Don’t assume they match Hyperion or Neptune.
Fit and trying one on
Dimensions allow comparison, but they can’t tell you how a watch feels. Two models share 39 mm and 46 mm figures, and two share 36 mm and 44 mm. The 2 mm gap in lug-to-lug is relevant for smaller wrists. Lorier’s Hyperion page names the Windup Watch Shop showroom as a place to try one on. Confirm which models are on hand before you travel.

Warranty and care
Lorier Support says every watch has a 12-month warranty from delivery against material or workmanship defects under normal use. The exclusions include normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, negligence, alterations, unauthorized repairs and sapphire-crystal damage. That last exclusion applies to Hyperion and Neptune, so avoid knocks on the crystal.
The care page has owner manuals and an acrylic-crystal polishing guide. Hyperion and Neptune use sapphire, so that guide doesn’t apply to them. The manual archive also covers discontinued models. If you own an older Lorier, identify its exact model and generation before following any care advice.

What this review cannot tell you
The available evidence is manufacturer information. It doesn’t establish timekeeping accuracy, finish quality compared with rivals, bracelet comfort or durability over years. Treat the spec sheets as a reliable guide to what you’re buying, and wait for owner or independent hands-on reports before drawing conclusions on quality.
The Bottom Line
On paper, Lorier offers a coherent four-watch range with sapphire crystals, 20 mm bracelets and a 12-month warranty. Hyperion is the pick for a GMT, and Neptune is the pick for a diver. Falcon and Astra suit smaller wrists. Whether any of them is worth the money depends on fit and finish, which spec sheets can’t show. Try one on if you can.
