LVMH announced a watchmaking leadership reshuffle effective January 1, 2024: Frédéric Arnault moved from TAG Heuer to lead LVMH Watches, while Julien Tornare moved from Zenith to become TAG Heuer’s CEO. These appointments were later superseded: LVMH named Jean-Christophe Babin to lead LVMH Watches from April 1, 2025, and its March 2025 announcement listed Antoine Pin at TAG Heuer and Tornare at Hublot.
What LVMH announced in January 2024
The appointments took effect on January 1, 2024. Frédéric Arnault, who had led TAG Heuer since 2020, became CEO of LVMH Watches. In that group role, he oversaw Hublot, TAG Heuer and Zenith. Julien Tornare, then CEO of Zenith, succeeded Arnault at TAG Heuer, while Benoit de Clerck was appointed CEO of Zenith. The three appointees reported to Stéphane Bianchi, then CEO of LVMH Watches & Jewelry Division. LVMH’s announcement described the changes as effective January 1.

The 2025 updates are documented in LVMH’s March 28, 2025 announcement. It said Babin would succeed Arnault as CEO of LVMH Watches from April 1 and identified Tornare as CEO of Hublot and Pin as CEO of TAG Heuer.
What happened to Frédéric Arnault?
Arnault’s move to LVMH Watches was a group-level promotion from TAG Heuer, not an appointment to lead a single watch brand. LVMH subsequently named him CEO of Loro Piana, effective June 10, 2025, following a transition period that began March 26. The appointment is set out in LVMH’s Loro Piana announcement.

Why the original announcement still matters
The January 2024 reshuffle connected three Maison leadership roles with a group-wide watch division role: Arnault moved upward from TAG Heuer, Tornare moved from Zenith to TAG Heuer, and de Clerck took over at Zenith. LVMH’s annual registration document records Arnault’s earlier appointment as TAG Heuer CEO in July 2020 and his appointment as Chairman and CEO of LVMH Watches in early January 2024. LVMH’s 2023 Universal Registration Document provides that corporate background.
At the time, Bianchi praised Arnault’s work at TAG Heuer, saying his vision had helped transform the brand. The quote reflects the rationale LVMH gave for the 2024 move; it should not be read as a current description of Arnault’s office.

Are these the current CEOs?
No. The headline describes appointments effective January 1, 2024, not a current executive roster. LVMH’s March 2025 release establishes Babin’s succession at LVMH Watches and lists Pin at TAG Heuer and Tornare at Hublot. Those cited announcements do not establish the full leadership roster as of October 7, 2026, so a newer official company update is needed to confirm present officeholders.
