The current MU03-101 product page specifies water resistance of 300 m / 30 ATM. That is the manufacturer’s rating, not an independent test result established here.
How the MU03 seals without rubber gaskets
Mauron Musy calls its approach nO-Ring: a direct mechanical case seal designed to avoid the rubber gaskets commonly used in watch cases. The company describes the MU03 case as a four-part architecture built around this patented system. “Gasket-free” therefore refers to the method of sealing the case; it does not mean that the watch contains no sealing interfaces or never needs professional attention.
The brand says it was founded in 2013 and presented nO-Ring at Baselworld in 2015. Its manufacture page also claims finishing precision of 0.01 micron using diamond paste. That figure is the company’s statement, not an independently verified measurement.

The collection includes multiple MU03 references, so specifications should not be transferred from one variant to another. For example, GPHG describes the MU03-401 as an aged-hard-bronze version in an 88-piece limited series launched in August 2022. It lists a 44 mm diameter and 55-hour reserve for that reference; those details do not establish the material or edition status of titanium models.
What “no gasket replacement” does—and does not—mean
Mauron Musy says the system eliminates the specific maintenance of replacing rubber gaskets. The company does not describe the watch as maintenance-free: it says a professional watchmaker can service it and recommends an authorized Mauron Musy partner so warranty considerations can be taken into account.

The brand’s rhetorical question about accepting a plastic gasket that must be replaced every three years is its own framing, not a universal watch-service interval. Service needs vary by watch and use; the available information does not establish a general replacement schedule for other watches.
Why published case-component counts differ
The current official MU03-101 product page lists 29 case components. A 2019 Fratello Watches article and older Mauron Musy press material describe 36. The available sources do not explain whether the difference reflects a case revision or different counting methods, so neither number should be treated as a settled count for every MU03.

Is the Armure MU03 still available?
Mauron Musy’s collection page says the MU03 was introduced in 2019 and describes the collection as concluding. It lists several variants, with some marked as having only a few pieces available. Stock and pricing can change, so availability needs to be checked for the exact reference with the brand or an authorized seller.
