That is more precise than saying every part is American-made. The company positions its designs as military-style field watches; they are not represented as issued military instruments.
What does “built in the USA” mean for Minuteman watches?
Minuteman’s About page says the company sources watch components “globally and in the US,” then hand assembles, tunes, and tests each watch in the United States. The claim therefore concerns US assembly and finishing work, not an all-American supply chain.
The Parker Chronograph listing makes the distinction concrete: it identifies US hand assembly while specifying a Hattori movement and an Italian-made leather strap. Component origin varies, so check the individual model listing rather than assuming every part is US-made.
What is Minuteman’s watch style?
The company describes its direction as field-type, military-style watches. Its stated product features include stainless-steel cases, nylon straps, sapphire crystals, luminous hands and dials, and Ameriquartz movements. These are design and feature descriptions, not evidence that the watches were issued to or tested by a military organization.

Minuteman says founders Thomas Carey and his father, Roy Carey Jr., started the company in 2012. Its stated mission connects American watchmaking jobs with support for veterans and their families. The company’s About page also uses charity language, but the reviewed page does not provide a precise fundraising total and year.
What are the Parker Chronograph specifications?
The Parker is a useful example of the brand’s military-style positioning, though its chronograph movement differs from the automatic movements listed for some other models.

These are the manufacturer’s listed specifications, not independent performance-test results. A water-resistance rating by itself does not establish whether a watch is suitable for a particular activity.
How do the Alpha and Darby compare?
Additional model listings show that Minuteman’s range has included automatic watches as well as the Parker’s meca-quartz chronograph. The Alpha and Darby pages on CGA Watches described both as 42 mm automatics with Miyota 9015 movements, sapphire crystals, and 200-meter water resistance. The pages showed them sold out when reviewed; that listing status does not establish whether other inventory is available.

- Availability and price: Check the live product page before purchase; displayed stock and price can change.
At the time of the page’s inventory update dated February 23, 2026, Minuteman’s Parker listing displayed a price of $479 and two in stock.
