CHANEL currently marks two blue-ceramic J12 models as new: the 33 mm J12 Calibre 12.2 (H11683) and the 38 mm J12 Calibre 12.1 (H11684). On CHANEL’s US collection page, they are listed at $7,950 and $8,350, respectively. The same page also shows two J12 Bleu limited editions, but those are separate models—not the two new standard listings.
Which J12 Bleu watches are new?
CHANEL’s current collection page labels these two matte blue ceramic models “New”:

These are the prices displayed on CHANEL’s US collection page, accessed in 2026; they are market-specific and may change. CHANEL’s Canadian page lists H11683 at CAD $10,700 and H11684 at CAD $11,200, while its French page lists them at €7,650 and €8,000. Check the official page for your market for current pricing: CHANEL US J12 collection, CHANEL Canada J12 collection, and CHANEL France J12 collection.
The collection also lists two J12 Bleu limited editions: the J12 BLEU 38 MM SAPPHIRES (H10288), with a blue sapphire bezel, and the J12 BLEU DIAMOND TOURBILLON (H10334), with a sapphire bezel and openwork dial. CHANEL displays each at “price upon request” on its US page. Their limited-edition designation is distinct from the “New” labels on H11683 and H11684.

How to choose between 33 mm and 38 mm
Choose by wrist fit first
The clearest practical difference is the case diameter: H11683 is 33 mm and H11684 is 38 mm. Consider how each size sits across your wrist and whether you prefer a more compact or more prominent watch. The official collection page identifies their sizes, but the material available here does not establish comparable lug-to-lug measurements or equivalent detailed dimensions for both, so diameter alone cannot predict the exact fit.
Then compare caliber and price
H11683 uses Calibre 12.2; H11684 uses Calibre 12.1. CHANEL’s collection page describes the movements as self-winding movements produced by Swiss Manufacture Kenissi, which CHANEL co-owns. The US-listed price difference is $400, with H11684 higher; the Canadian and French pages show their own local prices in their respective currencies.

What CHANEL specifies for H11683
CHANEL’s product page documents the H11683 in greater detail than the H11684. These specifications apply to reference H11683 and should not be assumed to apply to H11684 without checking its own product page.
- Case: 33 mm monobloc, highly resistant matte blue ceramic; dimensions 33 × 12.94 mm.
- Bezel and crown: unidirectional rotating steel bezel with a matte blue ceramic ring, and a steel screw-down crown.
- Dial and crystal: matte blue dial and sapphire crystal caseback.
- Bracelet: matte blue ceramic links.
- Functions and water resistance: hours, minutes and seconds; water resistance stated by CHANEL as 200 m.
- Movement: self-winding Calibre 12.2, produced at Kenissi, with an approximately 50-hour power reserve.

Manufacture, warranty and service
CHANEL says every J12 is developed and assembled at its Manufacture in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. The H11683 product page states a five-year warranty and mentions complimentary maintenance services. Warranty coverage and service terms depend on market and purchase circumstances; confirm the applicable details with CHANEL for the specific watch and location.
