Hublot’s 2025 Big Bang Meca-10 Street Art Editions pair four vivid, Miami-nightlife-inflected colorways with a manually wound movement that runs for a reported 10 days between full winds. The watches were unveiled at Hublot’s Miami Art Week event and, according to Hodinkee’s December 15, 2025 report, each colorway is limited to 10 individually numbered pieces.
Four colorways, four references
The editions share a common construction; their main distinction is the hand-painted color treatment. Hodinkee’s December 2025 launch report lists these names and references:

Hodinkee describes the 2025 paint as UV-reactive. The editions are visually emphatic rather than restrained variations on a conventional sports watch: color splatter runs across the case and strap, set against an openworked black dial. Applied luminous indexes provide contrast on the dial, though the reports do not establish comparative legibility among the four designs.
How the case and dial are built
Hodinkee and Fratello report a 44 mm case diameter and 15.3 mm thickness. The case is hand-painted composite concrete, with a smoked sapphire mid-case that reveals part of the watch’s construction. The dial is openworked, and the strap is rubber; Hodinkee describes it as hand-painted and fitted with a black ceramic and titanium deployant buckle. Fratello also lists a quick-release strap.

Those dimensions and the bright, textured finish make fit and visual presence central considerations. Anyone choosing among the editions should consider how a 44 mm-wide, 15.3 mm-thick watch wears on their wrist, and whether they prefer a restrained palette or the particular color scheme of one edition.
The HUB1201 is a manual-winding, 10-day movement
Inside is Hublot’s HUB1201 Meca-10, a manually wound movement. Published specifications give it a 10-day power reserve and a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour. It displays hours, minutes, seconds, and the remaining power reserve.

The long reserve changes the winding rhythm, not the ownership routine altogether: the watch still needs manual winding, and the power-reserve display helps track when it is due. Hublot’s official November 17, 2023 release says the Meca-10 movement was first introduced in 2016 and comprises 223 parts; those are historical details about the movement, not a parts count newly stated for the 2025 editions.
Water resistance, edition size, and reported price
Hodinkee and Fratello list water resistance at 50 m. That rating is a specification, not a promise that every water activity is appropriate; owners should follow Hublot’s current guidance for the watch and its condition.
Hodinkee reported on December 15, 2025 that each colorway consists of 10 individually numbered pieces and gave a price of US$57,500, with boutique availability. Fratello’s December 22, 2025 report independently gave the same price. These are reports from December 2025, not confirmation of current price, stock, or sales status; contact Hublot for current availability. Fratello’s suggestion that the editions may have sold out was speculation, not confirmed sell-through data.
Not the same as Hublot’s 2023 Street Art edition
Hublot used the Street Art name for an earlier Big Bang Meca-10 collection announced on November 17, 2023. That release also described four runs of 10 watches, a concrete-composite case, and fluorescent street-art treatments, but it is a separate collection. Hublot said the 2023 editions were exclusive to North America; that regional statement should not be assumed to apply to the 2025 watches.

The 2023 release named artist Saiff Vasarhelyi and described stencil and airbrush work, fluorescence under UV light, and a concrete composite enhanced with bio-based epoxy resin and graphene. Hublot claimed graphene strengthened that earlier material by 15% to 20%; this was the brand’s claim about the 2023 case, not an independently measured result or a stated specification for the 2025 editions.
Ricardo Guadalupe, identified by Hublot as its CEO, described the 2023 collection this way: “Forget everything you’ve been told about the principles and rules of watchmaking. The Big Bang Meca-10 Street Art is a blast of colour, an urban remix, aligning graffiti and The Big Bang. This unique alliance is a wild card in watchmaking, resulting in a powerful, creative and technically masterful timepiece: 100% Hublot. ” The quote belongs to the 2023 release; no similarly attributable Hublot executive statement specific to the four 2025 colorways was reported.
What to weigh before choosing one
- Palette: Choose among the four named color schemes; the reports do not establish that one is more legible than another.
- Fit: Consider the reported 44 mm by 15.3 mm case dimensions against your wrist and preferred wear.
- Winding: The HUB1201 is manual-winding, with a reported 10-day reserve and an indication of remaining power.
- Water use: The reported rating is 50 m; consult Hublot’s guidance for use in or around water.
- Scarcity and cost: The December 2025 report gives 10 numbered examples per colorway and US$57,500. Check Hublot directly for current price and availability.
