Tiffany & Co.’s second 2026 Tiffany Timer anniversary edition pairs a grade 5 titanium case with a platinum bezel and a dark-blue dial accented in Tiffany Blue. Limited to 100 watches, it follows a separate platinum-and-Tiffany-Blue model limited to 60. Tiffany announced the second edition for September 2026; its release announcement does not state a price or market-by-market availability.
What is the Tiffany Timer?
The Tiffany Timer is a chronograph rooted in the brand’s account of its own watchmaking history. Tiffany says its Timing Watch debuted in 1866 as an early stopwatch used in science and sporting events, and that it relaunched the design as the Tiffany Timer two years later. Tiffany describes the original as “one of the world’s earliest stopwatches”; that is the company’s historical characterization, not a claim that it was definitively the world’s first chronograph. The timing watch’s history sits alongside Tiffany’s early Geneva presence: the company says it opened a Geneva office and store in 1868 and established a Geneva manufacturing facility in 1874. What is new about the second 2026 Tiffany Timer?
Announced by Tiffany & Co. Japan on August 28, 2026, this is the second model in the brand’s 160th-anniversary Tiffany Timer story. Its satin-finished grade 5 titanium case measures 40 mm across and is topped by a platinum bezel. The sunray dark-blue dial has Tiffany Blue accents. The sapphire caseback reveals an openworked winding rotor bearing a sculpted, hand-engraved Bird on a Rock motif in 18K yellow gold. Tiffany’s published specification sheet also lists hours, minutes, small seconds, date and chronograph functions; 12 steel indexes; and white-gold hands for the hours, minutes and subdials. These are manufacturer specifications, not independent test results.
How does it compare with the first 2026 anniversary edition?
The anniversary story includes two distinct watches, not one edition described in different ways. Tiffany’s heritage page describes the first as a platinum-cased model with a lacquered Tiffany Blue dial, diamond hour markers, an exclusive El Primero movement and a 60-piece limit. The second, announced in August, changes the case and dial treatment and is limited to 100.

The first-edition details are on Tiffany’s watchmaking history page; the second-edition details are in Tiffany & Co. Japan’s announcement. The latter is larger in production quantity, but both remain limited editions.
Movement and published specifications
The second edition uses a customized El Primero 400 integrated column-wheel automatic chronograph movement. Tiffany lists a 50-hour power reserve, 10 ATM water resistance, a navy alligator strap and a steel-and-titanium triple-folding clasp. The brand also specifies a five-year international warranty and Swiss manufacture. The figures and materials are Tiffany’s published specifications; the announcement does not provide independent performance testing.

Price and availability
Tiffany’s August 28, 2026 announcement scheduled the second edition’s launch for September 2026. It gives neither a retail price nor detailed availability by market. Since the announced launch month has passed, prospective buyers should confirm current price and stock directly with Tiffany rather than rely on the launch schedule as evidence of present availability.
