Both measure 41.5 mm across and 8.1 mm thick, and both use the self-winding calibre 1120 QP/1 with perpetual-calendar and moon-phase displays. The burgundy-dial model is in white gold—not pink gold.
Two references, two distinct case-and-dial combinations
The main difference between the 2025 releases is their treatment of precious metal and color. Fratello’s August 28, 2025 launch report and WatchTime’s September 8, 2025 coverage identify the references and materials as follows.

| Reference | Case and dial | Visual character |
|---|---|---|
| 4300V/220R-H144 | Pink gold with a matching gold-toned dial | A largely monochromatic look, accented by a blue minutes track. |
| 4300V/220G-H151 | White gold with a burgundy lacquer dial | Burgundy extends to the moon-phase display; white markers provide contrast. |
The H151 is the burgundy-dial version, but its case is white gold. The H144 is the pink-gold version. Both share the Overseas Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin layout and movement.
Case size, water resistance and wear options
Launch coverage reports a 41.5 mm case diameter and 8.1 mm thickness for both watches. It also reports 50 m water resistance. The available official Vacheron Constantin product page in the cited coverage is for an earlier pink-gold reference, 4300V/220R-B509, rather than either 2025 reference; that page lists 41.5 mm, 8.1 mm and 5 bar (50 m). The H144 and H151 measurements and water-resistance figure are therefore best treated as launch-reported specifications, not as specifications confirmed on an official product page for those exact references.

#1 Best Overall
- Selected calf leather, leather shoes feel soft and comfortable, and the body of the watch as one!
- The bottom leather is comfortable, soft, breathable, waterproof and sweatproof, which can effectively resist the erosion of sweat and prevent odour.
- The clasp is made of 316 stainless steel, polished meticulously and stable without fading.
- Please measure the lug width before ordering, the lug width must be exactly the same as the selected strap width to ensure accurate wearing.
- A set of matching spring bars and installation tools are included.
Fratello and WatchTime report that each watch is paired with a precious-metal bracelet and interchangeable rubber straps. Their descriptions of the strap colors differ, and exact package contents may depend on region. Confirm the configuration for the specific reference with Vacheron Constantin or an authorized retailer before relying on a particular strap color or set.
Calibre 1120 QP/1 and its calendar displays
Both versions use Vacheron Constantin’s self-winding calibre 1120 QP/1. Fratello and WatchTime report a 4.05 mm movement thickness, 276 components, a frequency of 19,800 vibrations per hour and a 40-hour power reserve. The movement drives the hour and minute hands, day, date, month and leap-year indications, as well as the moon-phase display.
The calendar is a perpetual calendar: it accounts for the differing lengths of months and leap years, rather than requiring routine manual correction at each month’s end. Vacheron Constantin’s official page for the related B509 reference says the mechanism displays the correct date until 2100, and WatchTime reports the same horizon for the new releases. That is a calendar-correction horizon, not a promise that the watch will never need setting for any reason.

- Choose the H144 for a warm, coordinated look. Pink gold and a matching dial keep the watch close to monochrome, while the blue minutes track adds a restrained point of contrast.
- Choose the H151 for stronger color contrast. Its burgundy lacquer dial and moon-phase display stand apart from the white-gold case and markers.
- Expect the same core functions and reported dimensions. The material and dial treatment change; the launch coverage describes the same movement, calendar indications and 41.5 mm by 8.1 mm proportions for both.
Launch pricing and how to check availability
Launch-era pricing reports are not current quotations. Fratello’s August 28, 2025 article listed €137,000 including 22% VAT, US$120,000 before tax, CHF 119,000 including tax and £106,000 including tax. WatchTime’s September 8, 2025 article described pricing as available upon request. The figures use different tax and regional framings, so they should not be treated as directly comparable or as today’s prices. Ask Vacheron Constantin or an authorized retailer for current pricing and availability of H144 or H151 in your region.
