Which two bicolor Moonwatches are these?
The names refer to two specific steel-and-gold versions of the Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional, not every two-tone Speedmaster. OMEGA lists the Moonshine Gold version as reference 310.20.42.50.02.001 and the Sedna Gold version as 310.20.42.50.99.001.

Time and Watches reported the pair’s announcement on June 5, 2024; that date is secondary-source reporting, while OMEGA’s product pages confirm the models and specifications.
What do the two watches have in common?
Each has a 42 mm asymmetrical case, a design inspired by the fourth-generation Speedmaster style, and OMEGA Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 3861. Both have sapphire crystal on the front and caseback, a black ceramic bezel ring with a tachymeter scale, and a polished-brushed bracelet with OMEGA’s patented comfort-release adjustment system.

The bezel also carries the “dot over ninety” detail in OMEGA Ceragold. OMEGA says the Sedna model’s movement is resistant to magnetic fields greater than 1.5 tesla (15,000 gauss); this is the manufacturer’s specification, not an independent test result.

In practical visual terms, the Moonshine model contrasts a silver dial with gold subdials, while the Sedna model uses a gold-toned dial and black subdials. The movement and overall case concept are shared, so the choice chiefly comes down to the gold tone and the dial contrast you prefer.

Are these the black-and-white Moonwatch models announced in 2026?
No. OMEGA’s January 13, 2026 announcement covers a separate black-and-white inverted-dial Moonwatch release, with stainless-steel and 18K Moonshine Gold versions. Those are not the 2024 bicolor steel-and-gold references compared here.
