OnePlus announced the US launch of the OnePlus Watch 3 43mm and OnePlus Buds 4 for July 8, 2025. The date has passed: the 43mm watch was introduced as a smaller, thinner and lighter option in the Watch 3 line, while the Buds 4 were a separate product announced alongside it.

What makes the Watch 3 43mm different?
OnePlus positions the 43mm model as the smaller, thinner and lighter Watch 3. Its Philippines specifications list an approximately 43.2 × 43.2 × 11 mm stainless-steel case, excluding the PPG, and a weight of approximately 37.8 g without the fluoroelastomer strap. Display and hardware
The Philippines specification page lists a 1.32-inch AMOLED display with 466 × 466-pixel resolution and 352 PPI. It also names the Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 wearable platform, a BES2800BP MCU, 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage. OnePlus’s US product page describes the watch as running Wear OS by Google. OnePlus lists a 354 mAh typical-capacity battery (345 mAh rated) for the 43mm model in the Philippines. Its claimed runtimes vary by mode and use:

How it relates to the original Watch 3
The original OnePlus Watch 3 was announced for the US and Canada on February 18, 2025. OnePlus said that model launched with Wear OS 5 and advertised up to five days in smart mode and 16 days in power-saver mode. Those figures apply to the original model’s announcement and should not be substituted for the 43mm variant’s separately listed claims. The Buds 4 appeared in the same July 8 US launch announcement as the 43mm watch, but they are earbuds rather than an accessory or component of the watch. The announcement establishes the shared launch date; it does not make the two products a bundled device.
