Panerai’s current product page lists a 44mm DLC-coated steel case, black matte dial, and dark brown calf strap. It is powered by the hand-wound P.6000 mechanical movement, with 19 jewels, a frequency of 21,600 alternations per hour, and a three-day power reserve. The stated water resistance is 300m. These are manufacturer-published specifications, not independent test results.

The available Breitling identification does not settle a single reference, dial, or bracelet/strap arrangement. Without that information, a side-by-side table of case material, water resistance, reserve, or supplied band risks mixing details from different watches. Nor is there enough confirmed information here to declare one watch the better choice overall.
