What is the PAM01575?
Panerai identifies the reference as the Luminor Perpetual Calendar, PAM01575. The official US product page describes a 44 mm polished Platinumtech case, blue sapphire dial, automatic mechanical P.4100 movement and see-through sapphire caseback. The 2024 Panerai catalogue also lists the 44 mm Platinumtech case and the core perpetual-calendar and GMT functions. Panerai’s official PAM01575 specifications are the primary reference for the configuration.
Movement specifications
Panerai lists 55 jewels, two barrels, a frequency of 28,800 alternations per hour (4 Hz) and a three-day power reserve. Listed functions include hours, minutes, small seconds, seconds reset, a second time zone, GMT12H, a 24-hour indicator, power-reserve indication, day, date, month, year, leap year and world time. These are specifications and function labels; they do not by themselves establish accuracy, service intervals or performance under particular conditions.
How are the calendar and GMT displayed?
Calendar indications
The blue sapphire dial reveals the day and date discs from the front. Other calendar information—including month, year and leap year—and the reserve indication can be seen from the movement side, according to Fratello’s launch coverage. This means the calendar’s information is not all presented together on the dial: the wearer reads some indications from the front and others through the sapphire caseback. Second time zone
Panerai describes the central GMT hand as the second-time-zone display and the subdial at 9 o’clock as the 24-hour reference; that subdial also carries the small-seconds indication. The manufacturer says local time can be changed without affecting the running seconds or date. The GMT12H function and the 24-hour reference are listed separately in the official specifications, so the central hand and subdial serve distinct roles in reading the second zone.
How does calendar adjustment work?
Panerai says calendar indications can be adjusted through the crown, with forward and backward adjustment available for day, date, month and year. The manufacturer also identifies a patented date shock-protection system. The product information does not establish guarantees against damage from misuse or specify a service interval, so those should not be inferred from the feature description.

These are manufacturer-listed specifications on Panerai’s official US product page; the 2024 catalogue separately confirms the headline case size, power reserve, water resistance and principal functions. The stated water-resistance rating is 5 bar (~50 m); it should not be read as a broader description of suitability for every water activity.
What price was reported, and how should buyers check availability?
Fratello reported a retail price of €78,000 in its April 2, 2025 launch article. That is a dated report, not confirmation of today’s price, a current offer or a price applicable in every country. Panerai’s US product page presents call-to-buy, concierge and nearest-boutique routes rather than a public price.
