The proportions and styling are the strongest reasons to consider the Velocity: 36mm is a relatively compact case size, while the checker detail, orange seconds hand and elapsed-time ring give it a more distinctive look than a plain everyday quartz watch. Acrylic is part of the vintage-leaning specification; buyers who prioritize a more scratch-resistant crystal should weigh that trade-off before purchasing.
