What is the Rolex Pepsi GMT-Master II 126710BLRO?
126710BLRO is the reference number for an Oystersteel GMT-Master II with a 40 mm case, black dial and red-and-blue two-colour Cerachrom bezel insert. “Pepsi” is a collector nickname for that color combination, not the formal model name used in Rolex’s brochure. The reference number matters because other GMT-Master II versions can share the family name while differing in materials, bezel colors or configuration.
Rolex’s official reference brochure identifies this reference in a Jubilee-bracelet configuration. Rolex’s GMT-Master II collection description says the model family is offered with Oyster or Jubilee bracelets; that family-level statement does not establish that every bracelet is available for every reference, market or production date.
How the GMT function works
The arrow-tipped 24-hour hand makes one revolution around the dial in 24 hours, while the regular hour hand indicates local time. Set the 24-hour hand to a second time zone and use the bezel’s 24-hour scale to read it; the bezel rotates in either direction, allowing the displayed second time zone to be offset from the hand’s reference.

The practical advantage is that the local hour hand can be adjusted independently when changing time zones without stopping the watch or losing the 24-hour hand’s reference time. Rolex’s brochure also specifies an instantaneous date and stop-seconds, which lets the seconds hand stop when setting the time.

The case, movement and bracelet details above come from Rolex’s reference brochure; Rolex’s collection page explains the GMT hand, rotating bezel and calibre 3285. The approximately 70-hour figure is the manufacturer’s stated reserve, not a measured result for an individual watch.
Jubilee or Oyster: what should buyers compare?
The exact reference brochure documents a Jubilee bracelet. Rolex describes the Oyster as a three-piece-link bracelet and Jubilee as a five-piece-link bracelet across the GMT-Master II family, but does not establish in these sources that both are offered on every 126710BLRO in every market or production period. When considering a particular watch, verify its actual bracelet, reference details and provenance rather than assuming a configuration from a general collection page.

Choosing between bracelet styles is partly a matter of appearance and personal comfort. There is no firsthand comparison of fit here, so a buyer who can do so should try the specific watch and bracelet on wrist. The brochure specifies an Oysterlock safety clasp and Easylink 5 mm comfort extension for its Jubilee configuration.

As of the sources checked for this review, the evidence points to a reported halt in further deliveries, not a direct Rolex announcement. WatchPro USA reported on March 2, 2026, that authorized dealers had confirmed Rolex told them there would be no further deliveries of the steel red-and-blue Pepsi GMT-Master II. That is attributed trade reporting rather than an official Rolex statement.
Rolex’s 2026 new-watches catalogue page is a place to check current official listings, but the material available for this review does not itself announce that reference 126710BLRO has been discontinued. Catalogue listings, dealer stock and waitlists can change, so confirm the status in your market with Rolex or an authorized retailer. A report of no further deliveries does not establish that all remaining retailer or pre-owned inventory has disappeared.

Is the 126710BLRO worth buying?
