The Runmefit WATCH 4 (model GTS10) pairs a 1.95-inch AMOLED display with Bluetooth calling, 100 sports modes and a broad set of wellness features. On paper, that is an ambitious package for a budget-positioned smartwatch. But the manufacturer’s own pages disagree about battery life, and neither the advertised sensors nor the calling and app experience have independent performance results here. It looks feature-rich; whether it performs like a flagship is still an open question.
What is the Runmefit WATCH 4?
The WATCH 4 is Runmefit’s GTS10 smartwatch. Its published specifications describe a lightweight, app-connected watch with a large AMOLED screen, health and activity tracking, and phone-linked conveniences. The specifications and feature descriptions below come from Runmefit’s product page and official store listing; they are not independent test results.
- Display: 1.95-inch full-touch HD AMOLED, 410 × 502 pixels.
- Body: high-strength PC case, liquid-silicone strap and 25.6 g body weight without the strap.
- Wireless connection: Bluetooth 5.3, with a stated range of up to 10 m without obstacles.
- Water rating: 3ATM, as stated by Runmefit.
- In the box: watch with strap, USB magnetic charging cable and quick-start guide.
That display resolution, case weight and connection specification make the WATCH 4’s feature sheet easy to like. They do not establish screen brightness outdoors, scratch resistance, connection stability or long-term durability.
Is the Runmefit WATCH 4 worth buying?
It may suit someone who wants a large AMOLED screen, phone-linked calling and notifications, and a wide range of advertised activity and wellness tools in one watch. Its appeal is the breadth of the feature list, not proven accuracy or polished software: the available product information does not establish sensor performance, calling quality, app stability or notification reliability.

Consider waiting for independent testing or a retailer with a suitable return policy if accurate health readings, dependable sleep analysis, seamless phone syncing or a known battery routine are priorities. Runmefit describes the WATCH 4 as feature-forward, but those real-world qualities cannot be confirmed from its published specifications alone.
What health and fitness features does it offer?
Runmefit lists heart-rate and exercise heart-rate tracking, blood oxygen, sleep, HRV stress, mood, women’s health and breathing exercises. It also names MAI and MET, alongside everyday activity measures such as steps, calories, distance and standing activity. These should be treated as wellness and fitness features: the available information does not establish medical-device status or clinical validity.
Sports modes and automatic activity detection
The manufacturer advertises 100 sports modes and automatic detection for outdoor running, walking and cycling. Its product page says automatic detection must be enabled. The feature list does not establish tracking accuracy, GPS capability or how well automatic detection works in practice; the researched product information does not identify built-in GPS.
What the metrics do—and do not—tell you
Runmefit’s WATCH 4/3 (GTS10,11) user manual describes MAI and MET among the watch’s features. The presence of these labels, or of heart-rate, blood-oxygen and sleep tracking, is not evidence that the measurements are accurate enough for diagnosis or treatment decisions.

Yes. Runmefit lists Bluetooth calling, as well as notification display and music control. Calls and notifications require the watch to be connected through the app, with the relevant permissions enabled. The product information does not provide independent results for microphone or speaker quality, call clarity, or notification reliability.
Other listed conveniences include remote camera control, weather, alarms, calendar, calculator, stopwatch, flashlight, find-my-phone and additional app-center tools. Their inclusion describes available features, not how consistently each one works.
How long does the Runmefit WATCH 4 battery last?
Runmefit’s published figures conflict. The product page says 5–8 days of use and around 2 hours to charge; the official store listing says 8–15 days of use, promotes “8 days heavy use,” and gives an approximate 1.5-hour charge time. Both pages state up to 45 days of standby, and the product page warns that actual battery life varies with use. These are manufacturer claims, not independently measured endurance results.

The WATCH 4 has a built-in 360 mAh rechargeable Li-polymer battery and charges through the supplied magnetic cable. Without a defined test profile or independent measurements, the differing use-time estimates do not support a dependable expectation for everyday wear.

Runmefit lists a 3ATM rating. That is the stated rating, not independent evidence of water resistance or a complete guide to safe use. The available product information does not establish which water activities are suitable, so check Runmefit’s current guidance before exposing the watch to water rather than assuming a particular use is safe.
What phones and apps does it work with?
The manufacturer lists the Runmefit app for iOS 12.0 or later and Android 7.0 or later, and says data-sync compatibility includes Apple Health and Google Health/Fit. That compatibility claim does not establish that every metric transfers to either service, or that setup and syncing are frictionless. The actual data-transfer behavior has not been independently checked.
Runmefit also advertises AI sleep insights, “ultra-precision,” improved speed and lower power use. Those are vendor claims, not verified results; the available product information does not establish sleep-stage validity, sensor accuracy or measured speed and power improvements.
Price, variants and band fit
The official store has displayed different prices depending on the rendered variant: $89 against a crossed-out $179 price in one result, and $99 against $179 in another. These are volatile storefront figures, not a stable price recommendation; check the live listing for your region, currency and chosen variant. No Amazon listing or price was verified in the available product information.

Runmefit’s watch-series collection advises choosing a band listed for the exact model and checking dimensions. Do not assume a generic smartwatch strap will fit the GTS10.
Who should consider it—and who should wait?
It may make sense if
- You want a large AMOLED screen and a broad menu of smartwatch, activity and wellness features.
- You value Bluetooth calling and notifications, and are comfortable relying on a companion app and phone permissions.
- You are willing to treat battery life and tracking performance as questions to verify rather than settled strengths.
Look elsewhere or wait for testing if
- You need independently verified health or sleep measurements.
- You need a clear, tested battery-life expectation or proven calling and notification reliability.
- You require a confirmed GPS capability or precise, published water-use guidance.
On the evidence available, the WATCH 4 is best understood as a watch with a generous advertised feature set and several important performance questions still unanswered—not as a verified flagship alternative.
