What are the Seiko x Sega 60th anniversary watches?
Seiko Watch Corporation and Sega announced the pair on June 3, 2020, as part of Sega’s 60th-anniversary project. Sega was established in 1960, and the anniversary project was framed as running from April 2020 through March 2021. This is a Sega anniversary collaboration, not a celebration of a Seiko anniversary.
Sega described two specially designed chronograph models, sold in limited quantities through Sega STORE reservations. The company’s announcement specified blue accents on the subdial rings, hands and tachymeter, plus a special box. The case backs were to carry the “GO SEGA” anniversary logo and individual serial numbers. Sega’s June 3, 2020 announcement is the source for the original product and launch details.
How do the Silver and Black models differ?

These are the quantities and prices Sega announced in Japan in 2020; they are not current resale values. Sega described the blue accents and anniversary-marked case back for both models. The announcement does not establish differences in movement, dimensions, water resistance or chronograph performance, so those should not be inferred from the finish.

When did reservations open, and when was release planned?
Reservations opened through Sega STORE on June 3, 2020. The announcement listed a planned release in late August 2020. Those dates describe the original Japanese launch schedule, not present inventory or evidence that either model is currently available from Sega.
Can you still buy one?
The 2020 announcement confirms the original reservation channel, but does not establish current stock, international availability or a safe resale source. Any present-day offer should be checked as an individual listing rather than treated as an official current sale.

For a secondhand listing, verify the exact finish, condition, serial number, inclusion of the special box, seller history and return terms. The announcement provides no basis for confirming the authenticity or value of a particular watch, and it does not give a current market price.
What else was in Sega’s 60th-anniversary merchandise announcement?
The same release included a GO SEGA pin, T-shirt, two-towel set and acrylic keychain among the anniversary merchandise. These are historical announcement details; current stock is not established.

Which specifications are not established?
Sega’s announcement does not state reference numbers, caliber, case dimensions, water resistance, battery life or detailed chronograph specifications. Without those details in the release, model-specific technical claims should be verified from reliable documentation for the exact watch rather than borrowed from a similar Seiko chronograph.
