The 2023 Zodiac x Worn & Wound Super Sea Wolf Laser Tag turns the visual language of a laser-tag arena into a limited-edition dive watch. Its two versions, Ultraviolet and Infrared, shift character across ordinary light, blacklight and darkness, with neon color and luminous details that make the “raver’s dream” description apt—not an official product category or intended-use claim.
What makes the Laser Tag edition different?
Zodiac and watch publication Worn & Wound built the collaboration around three lighting conditions: daylight, blacklight and darkness. In ordinary light, the gray-plated 40 mm case’s milled channels read as pale outlines. In darkness, those lines glow blue. Under blacklight, additional details appear across the dial and case, including the crown logo; the crosshatched laser motif on the strap brightens as well. Hands, hour markers and the bezel pip glow in colors specific to each version. Ultraviolet or Infrared?

Worn & Wound gives the case diameter as 40 mm and water resistance as 200 m. Fratello’s 2023 specification section adds the fit and movement details below; these should be understood as specifications reported for this collaboration, not inferred from Zodiac’s current core collection. The 49 mm lug-to-lug measurement is useful if wrist fit is a concern: diameter alone does not describe how far a watch spans across the wrist. The 13.6 mm thickness may also matter if you prefer a watch that slips easily under a cuff.

How limited was it, and what did it cost at launch?
Worn & Wound stated that the edition was limited to 282 watches per color. Fratello reported an original US$1,595 launch price; that is a historical 2023 price, not a current valuation or resale benchmark. Worn & Wound · Fratello
The release began with preorders on September 28, 2023, through Windup Watch Shop. Fratello reported that 200 pieces of each color were initially allocated there, with the remaining 82 per color scheduled for Zodiac’s website on October 30. The launch coverage does not establish current stock, active resale listings or prevailing market prices. If you find one offered, assess the individual listing rather than treating the original price or edition size as proof of its value. Check the seller’s identity and return terms, the watch’s condition, and whether the box and papers are included. The exact physical watch is the relevant item; verify that a listing is actually for the Laser Tag edition and not another Super Sea Wolf.
