The Tudor x Time+Tide Library & Lounge was a temporary retail and cultural residency inside Time+Tide’s London Discovery Studio, not a new Tudor watch release. Announced for four months from November 26, 2025, it combined access to Tudor’s catalogue with books, historical material, vintage watches and collector events. The announced term ran into March 2026; current information does not confirm that the Tudor installation remains open.
What was the Tudor x Time+Tide Library & Lounge?
Time+Tide, a watch publisher and retailer, hosted the Tudor-branded space at its London Discovery Studio. During the residency, the Studio also acted as an official Tudor retailer, with the brand’s catalogue available to buy. The idea was to make retail part of a broader visit: people could browse watches, read about Tudor and spend time discussing the brand’s history.
Time+Tide founder Andrew McUtchen described the aim as offering “a sense of the story and the history of the brand” rather than creating a typical boutique or concession. That was the organizers’ description of the concept, not an independent assessment of visitor experience. WatchPro’s October 2025 report likewise characterized the plan as a history-led retail space.
What could visitors see and do?
The announced concept included Tudor books and other literature, historical artefacts, vintage watches, a lounge area and events for collectors and the wider watch community. It paired the current Tudor range with historical context rather than limiting the visit to a conventional purchase-focused counter.

- Tudor Black Bay Fifty Eight Automatic Chronometer Blue Dial Men's Watch M79030b-0001
In its December 2025 launch coverage, Time+Tide said guests read The Anthology of Tudor and compared a modern Tudor Black Bay 54 with a 1950s Submariner. The Black Bay 54 was an example used to illustrate the historical comparison; it was not announced as a special collaboration watch. Time+Tide’s launch report documents those details.
The residency also included programmed gatherings. Time+Tide reported that around 115 people attended a Tudor collectors’ event held on March 27, 2026. That is the host’s reported attendance for that event alone—not total residency footfall or a measure of sales. The event report describes the gathering and the lounge’s use at that time.

Where was it in London?
The launch coverage gave the address as 4 Great Portland St, London W1W 8QJ. Time+Tide’s general Studio listing identifies the London location as 1st Floor, West, Portland House, and lists opening hours of Monday to Saturday, 10am–6pm. Those details refer to the general Studio listing, not confirmed hours for a continuing Tudor lounge. Check the venue’s current information before making a trip. Time+Tide’s Discovery Studio page has the current general listing.
When did the residency run?
Time+Tide announced on October 28, 2025 that the four-month residency would begin on November 26. WatchPro’s report the day before described the planned schedule as late November through the end of March 2026. Time+Tide’s March 28, 2026 event report confirms that the lounge was active during that month. The schedule was temporary, rather than an announcement of a permanent Tudor boutique.

Is the Tudor Library & Lounge still open?
The announced four-month term has passed. As of October 4, 2026, Time+Tide still listed its general London Discovery Studio, but that listing does not say the Tudor Library & Lounge or its Tudor retail offer continues. The available information therefore supports visiting the Studio only after checking its current details; it does not establish that the Tudor installation is still there.
