The Venezianico Arsenale is a family of slim integrated-bracelet watches, not one fixed specification. The standard Arsenale 40 and Avventurina are listed at €800, while the Platino is €1,450 and the Calendario is €1,200 on Venezianico’s live collection page as checked October 7, 2026. The standard model is the cleanest expression of the design; the other versions trade its simple two-hand layout for distinctive dials, a different movement, or calendar functions. The choice comes down to whether the Venetian styling and bracelet appeal to you enough to justify the price against better-known integrated-bracelet options.

What is the Venezianico Arsenale?

Arsenale is Venezianico’s integrated-bracelet collection, with a slim steel case and a bracelet designed to flow into it. The brand says the design draws inspiration from Venice’s historic shipyard and combines satin and polished surfaces. The collection now includes multiple sizes, dials, and complications, so a price or specification is meaningful only when tied to the exact reference and bracelet configuration. Venezianico’s collection page displayed Arsenale 40, Avventurina, Platino, Calendario, Moissanite, Meteorite, and 37 mm variants on October 7, 2026.

Standard Arsenale 40: the core model

The original Arsenale 40 is a restrained two-hand automatic: hours and minutes, with no date window. Its 40 mm diameter, 44 mm lug-to-lug measurement, and 8.95 mm thickness give it a relatively low-profile case for an integrated-bracelet watch. Fratello lists 316L stainless steel, a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, 50 m water resistance, and the Miyota 9029 automatic movement. The movement supports manual winding and hacking, runs at 28,800 vibrations per hour, has 24 jewels, and is stated to have a 42-hour power reserve. Fratello’s introduction to the collection reports these specifications.

The bracelet is Venezianico’s Canova Concept integrated steel bracelet, fitted with a push-button butterfly clasp. A knurled and polished bezel frames a vertically striped Côtes de Genève dial. Fratello notes that the original standard model has no luminous material; do not assume that detail applies to every later dial or index configuration. The bezel texture is described as an architectural reference to the crenellated towers of Venice’s Arsenale. Those details give the watch a more specific identity than a plain steel sports watch, though the look is a matter of taste.

How the versions differ

The variants change more than color. Some are thicker than the original, some use different movements, and the Calendario adds several indications. These figures come from the cited reviews and official collection listing; confirm the specification for the precise reference you are buying.

Version Movement and display Dimensions and water resistance Displayed official price

Official collection prices are live listings, not guaranteed offers; stock, regional currency, preorder status, and pricing can change. The Avventurina was reported by Fratello in July 2025 at €800 on a blue integrated rubber strap or €900 with the steel bracelet, but the current official collection displayed €800 for the version listed there. Check the exact configuration before treating any figure as the price of a bracelet-equipped watch. The Platino’s €1,450 price was also the official listing shown at the date above. Fratello’s July 2025 hands-on report details the two versions.

  • Dial: Authentic Meteorite, Enhanced Crystalline Structure
  • Luminescence: BGW9 Super-LumiNova
  • Depth: 9.95mm, Including Crystal

Avventurina and Platino

The Avventurina’s blue aventurine-glass dial is the more overtly decorative option, while the Platino’s textured platinum-galvanized dial and display back put more emphasis on finish and movement. Fratello reports the Platino’s V3250 was assembled and regulated at Venezianico’s atelier to -4/+6 seconds per day; that is the reviewer’s report about the tested watch, not a guaranteed accuracy range for every example. The same reviewer describes the steel bracelet as sized with screw pins and gives a favorable personal assessment of the finishing and wearing experience. These are hands-on impressions, not controlled measurements.

Calendario

The Calendario is for buyers who want more than a time-only dial. Its Miyota 9100 powers month, day, date, power-reserve, and day/night displays. Fratello’s introduction gives a 40 mm by 44 mm 316L steel case, 9.6 mm thickness excluding the domed sapphire crystal, 50 m water resistance, and a screw-down crown. It lists manual winding, hacking, 28,800 vibrations per hour, 26 jewels, and a 40-hour stated power reserve. The Canova Concept steel bracelet uses a push-button butterfly clasp. The official collection listed it at €1,200 on October 7, 2026; Fratello’s earlier launch article gave €1,200 / US$1,400 and a two-year warranty. Fratello’s Calendario introduction covers the launch specifications.

Venezianico Arsenale 40 Automatic Gray Bracelet Watch by Venezianico
  • Case Dimensions: 40 mm, Lug-to-Lug 44 mm, Total Thickness 8.95 mm
  • Material: 316L Stainless Steel
  • Dial: Vertical Ctes de Genve Finish on Brass
  • Crystal: Sapphire with Anti-Reflective Coating
  • Movement: Miyota 9029, Automatic, 2-Hands, No Date

Fratello’s later hands-on article says the movement’s official accuracy rating is -10/+30 seconds per day, and separately mentions user-reported results of ±10–15 seconds per day after regulation. The latter is anecdotal performance, not a promise or a measured distribution across watches. The reviewer found the watch comfortable and the dial balanced; those are personal impressions. How it compares with integrated-bracelet alternatives

Fratello places the Arsenale in the same broad conversation as the Tissot PRX, Christopher Ward The Twelve, Yema Wristmaster, Frederique Constant Highlife, and Straum Jan Mayen. The available cited coverage does not establish a like-for-like specification or price comparison across those models, so a universal value ranking would be misleading. Compare the exact reference you are considering on the points that materially affect ownership:

Venezianico Arsenale 40 40mm Automatic Historical Cultural Multisport Watch
  • Case Material: Premium 316L Stainless Steel
  • Case Size: 40mm, Lug-to-Lug 44mm
  • Case Depth: 8.95mm, Including Sapphire Crystal
  • Dial Finish: Elegant Vertical Ctes de Genve
  • Movement: Reliable Miyota 9029 Automatic
  • Price and configuration: Compare the same currency and market, and establish whether the quoted Arsenale price includes a steel bracelet or a strap.
  • Case fit: Use diameter, lug-to-lug, and thickness together. The standard Arsenale’s 44 mm lug-to-lug and 8.95 mm thickness describe a notably slim profile, but wrist comfort also depends on bracelet articulation and taper.
  • Movement and display: The standard model is a two-hander with Miyota 9029; the Calendario adds several indications with Miyota 9100; the Platino uses a Swiss-made V3250 based on Soprod M100.
  • Bracelet and clasp: Check how links are removed, whether the bracelet has useful adjustment at the clasp, and whether the clasp style suits you. The reported screw-pin sizing applies to the reviewed Avventurina/Platino bracelet, not automatically to every Arsenale.
  • Dial character: Arsenale’s striped, aventurine, platinum-galvanized, and calendar dials offer distinct visual choices. That individuality may be the point—or a reason to prefer a simpler or more familiar alternative.

In his July 2025 review of the Platino and Avventurina, Jorg Weppelink wrote: “I was impressed by the two Venezianico Arsenale models and had great fun wearing them for a week.” That is one reviewer’s experience with two watches, not evidence about long-term durability or general accuracy. His hands-on review is useful for visual and wearing impressions; official listings are the better reference for live prices.

Buying and ownership details to verify

  • Choose the precise reference first. The collection includes different case sizes and dial or complication variants; specifications and prices should not be transferred from one to another.
  • Check water-resistance expectations. The standard Arsenale 40 and Calendario are listed at 50 m. That rating alone does not establish suitability for every water activity.
  • Account for the integrated bracelet. It is central to the design but is less straightforward to replace with conventional lug-mounted straps. The Avventurina has been reported in both rubber-strap and steel-bracelet configurations.
  • Confirm current terms for your destination. Venezianico’s page displayed a 14-day return window, free worldwide shipping above €230, and a two-year warranty when checked October 7, 2026. Confirm the applicable terms, shipping conditions, and warranty coverage for your location at checkout.
