The Vacheron Constantin Manufacture is in Plan-les-Ouates, Geneva, but current public tours or a visitor booking route are not listed on the Maison’s official pages. Contact Vacheron Constantin directly before planning a trip around a factory visit. If you want a confirmed public-facing stop in Geneva, its Place de Longemalle boutique is a separate option—not an entrance to the Manufacture.
Can you visit the Vacheron Constantin Manufacture?
Do not assume you can walk in or book a public tour. The official Manufacture, contact and appointment pages describe the facility and ways to contact the Maison or arrange boutique visits, but do not publish a current public Manufacture tour schedule or booking option. That does not establish whether private or special access is ever available; it means you should ask Vacheron Constantin directly before travelling.
Use the official contact page to find contact options, and ask specifically whether a visit to the Plan-les-Ouates Manufacture is possible on your dates. The boutique appointment page concerns boutique visits, including shopping or gifting assistance; it is not a Manufacture tour booking page.

Where is the Manufacture, and what is the building?
The Manufacture is in Plan-les-Ouates, in the canton of Geneva. Vacheron Constantin says it took possession of the facility on 9 August 2004. The Maison identifies Bernard Tschumi as the architect and describes the contemporary building’s form as a half Maltese cross. What the Manufacture represents in the Maison’s history
Vacheron Constantin dates the beginning of its watchmaking to 1755 and says it has produced watches without interruption since then. Its heritage timeline records Jean-Marc Vacheron signing an apprentice contract in 1755, followed by his partnership with François Constantin in 1819. The Maison attributes to a letter from Constantin dated 5 July 1819 the motto, “Do better if possible and that is always possible.” It opened its first Geneva boutique in 1906. What a past event does—and does not—tell visitors
A Plan-les-Ouates municipal event program documents a Manufacture experience held on 22 October 2021. It describes institutional visits as invitation-only and lists a separate student visit. If you want an in-person Vacheron Constantin experience without confirmed factory access, the Place de Longemalle boutique is at 1 Place de Longemalle, Geneva 1204. Its published hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:30; Saturday, 10:00–17:00; Sunday, closed. Hours can change, so check the official listing before setting out. You can request a boutique appointment through the Maison’s appointment page; that appointment is for the boutique, not the Manufacture.
