Its defining feature is an independently adjustable local-hour hand, which lets you keep one time zone on the 24-hour hand while moving the local hour when you travel. It comes with an integrated bracelet and a bezel intended to track a third time zone. The brand’s listings show a 20 bar water-resistance rating, but the bezel click count is inconsistent across Gavox’s own pages, so confirm it for the exact model you are considering.
How the GMT setting works
Gavox describes the Longitude as a true GMT. In its 23 February 2023 launch article, the brand explains that the 24-hour hand can be set to a reference time zone, such as your home time, while the 12-hour hand moves forward or backward when you cross time zones. In practice, the reference time stays readable on the 24-hour hand, and the local time is what you adjust.
Two points are worth keeping in mind when using this function:
- The local-hour hand is the one that changes when you travel. Setting it does not disturb the 24-hour reference hand.
- The bezel is a separate tool. It is meant to help you read a third time zone, which is useful for a client or family in another region but is not the same thing as the GMT hand.
Key specifications
The table below separates the figures Gavox publishes from the claims made in independent coverage. Gavox’s figures are manufacturer statements and have not been independently verified for this article.

The bezel click count
This is the one specification where Gavox’s own pages disagree. The 2023 launch article describes a bezel with 48 clicks, giving half-hour increments. A current collection description describes a 24-click bezel. The two statements may reflect different variants, or the copy may simply be out of date. Until Gavox confirms the figure for a given model, treat the count as unresolved. Check the product page for the exact variant you plan to buy, and if the click count matters to you, ask Gavox directly before ordering.
Finish, materials and hardness claims
The two current listings describe different treatments, and they should not be merged into one description.
- Onyx: the listing says the case and bracelet are hardened and gives a hardness figure of 1300 Vickers.
- Black Diamond: the listing describes a DLC-coated case and bracelet and gives a different hardness figure, which this article does not reproduce because it is not confirmed in the sources reviewed.
These are manufacturer statements. Neither listing is backed by an independent material test in the sources available for this review, so describe them as Gavox’s claims.

Gavox lists several versions, and the prices differ. The figures below are the euro prices shown on Gavox’s collection and product pages on 8 October 2026. Prices change and can vary by region.

Historical pricing is different. Worn & Wound reported a launch-era final price of $1,122 and a pre-order price of $762 that ran through March 2023. These are past figures and should not be used as current prices.
What independent coverage says
Two independent reviews are worth reading alongside the manufacturer’s pages. Watch Clicker published “Gavox Longitude 39mm GMT Review.” Worn & Wound published a hands-on article and described the launch model as using the Miyota 9075, which it calls a “flyer” GMT movement. Read both in full before relying on their impressions of comfort, finish or dial appearance; this article does not repeat their subjective opinions.

Judging the dial colour
Dial colour is an easy thing to misjudge from product photography. A public question about the turquoise version asked whether official photos look different from the watch in person. That is a single anecdote, not a survey, but it reflects a common concern. When you assess a colourway, compare several photographs taken under different light, and read reviews that show the dial outdoors and indoors before deciding.

- Water resistance: 20 bar, as claimed by Gavox.
- Bracelet adjustability: the bracelet is integrated, and the sources do not describe its adjustment system. Because it is integrated, generic replacement straps are not established to fit.
- Bezel function: third time zone, with click count still unresolved (24 or 48).
- Serviceability and warranty: not stated in the sources reviewed. Check Gavox’s warranty and service terms directly.
Accuracy, comfort, durability and service quality are not established by the sources available for this article. Evaluate those from hands-on testing or from primary documentation.

Gavox’s own product pages are the most reliable place to confirm which variants are offered and at what price. This article did not confirm any third-party retailer, so do not assume the watch is available from a particular marketplace.
The Bottom Line
The Gavox Longitude GMT is a reasonably specified 39 mm automatic GMT on a well-known movement, with a clear local-hour function and an integrated bracelet. It is most suited to buyers who want a traveller’s GMT at a mid-range price and are comfortable relying on manufacturer claims for hardness and water resistance. Before buying, confirm the bezel click count and the exact variant, and check the current price on Gavox’s site.
