What distinguishes the Grand Sport Tourbillon Pursuit?
The model combines the Grand Sport’s integrated-bracelet design with a 44 mm Grade 5 titanium case and a gradient salmon-pink opaline dial. Its dial has white-gold indices and Assegai-shaped hour and minute hands, treated with ruthenium and filled with white Super-LumiNova. A small-seconds display sits at 6 o’clock.
Laurent Ferrier links the dial’s salmon tone to dawn at the 24 Hours of Le Mans and says the Pursuit draws on the founders’ motor-racing experiences. Those are the manufacturer’s stated design inspirations, not independent historical or design assessments. The brand describes the titanium case and bracelet as a lightweight interpretation of the Grand Sport.

What movement does it use?
The watch is powered by Laurent Ferrier’s hand-wound in-house calibre LF619.01. The manufacturer specifies a tourbillon with a double balance spring and Swiss lever escapement. The movement comprises 188 components and 23 jewels, runs at 21,600 vibrations per hour (3 Hz), and has an 80-hour power reserve.
The launch announcement describes the movement’s finish as contemporary and notes hand-finished details, including the tourbillon-carriage bridge. These finishing descriptions are the maker’s characterization; they do not amount to an independent movement assessment.

Laurent Ferrier announced the Grand Sport Tourbillon Pursuit on January 19, 2023. The announcement said the model was intended to join the permanent collection, while production would be highly exclusive at 15 pieces per year. The manufacturer continues to list the watch in its collection, but permanent-collection status does not mean a piece is currently in stock.
