Watch coverage identifies the brand as Omega and points to scenes in which Sebastian checks the time, including the movie-theater date and a later moment in his car. The differences matter: a similar dial or case shape is not enough to establish a family, much less an exact reference. The available coverage does not include confirmation from Gosling, Omega, or the film’s props department.

The watch reads as part of Sebastian’s restrained, period-conscious wardrobe rather than a conspicuous modern accessory. Time+Tide reproduces a statement by costume designer Mary Zophres, sourced there to CNN: “I think his character has such a respect for the past and past musicians, my proposal for Damien was, ‘I don’t think he should ever be in jeans and a t-shirt.’ Ever.
