What is the YEMA Wristmaster Traveller Micro-Rotor?
The YWTR22-ZMS is a specific limited-edition version of YEMA’s Wristmaster Traveller, not a general name for every Traveller model. Its design draws on 1960s Wristmaster watches, combining an asymmetric octagonal steel case, integrated steel bracelet and graded, embossed dial. A sapphire exhibition caseback reveals the automatic micro-rotor movement. The GPHG model record identifies the edition as 1,948 pieces and marks it sold out.

These figures are from the GPHG record for the YWTR22-ZMS. The 100 m rating describes the watch’s stated water resistance; it does not by itself establish suitability for every aquatic activity.
How does it differ from other Wristmaster models?
The later Traveller YWTR24-GMS and the Wristmaster Slim CMM.20 are distinct watches. In particular, the YWTR24-GMS uses YEMA’s YEMA2000 automatic movement, not the micro-rotor caliber of the YWTR22-ZMS. The Slim CMM.20 is the closer current alternative if the draw is a slim, micro-rotor Wristmaster, but it is not the same Traveller or limited edition.

What should you check when considering one?
- Confirm the reference. Look for YWTR22-ZMS rather than relying on the shared “Wristmaster Traveller” name; YWTR24-GMS is a different automatic model.
- Distinguish original price from resale price. GPHG’s 3,500 CHF including VAT is the original listed price, not a current market estimate.
- Verify the watch and its condition. For a sold-out limited edition, request clear photos and documentation that identify the reference, and assess condition and completeness before comparing asking prices.
