The silver-dial Zenith DEFY Extreme Diver is reference 95.9600.3620/01.I300. It pairs a 42.5 mm brushed titanium case and manufacturer-stated 600 m water resistance with the high-frequency El Primero 3620 SC automatic movement. ZENITH’s November 2024 launch release lists a titanium bracelet, black rubber strap and recycled-fishing-net fabric strap as included accessories.

What is the silver-dial DEFY Extreme Diver?

It is a specific configuration in ZENITH’s DEFY Extreme Diver line, not a generic name for every version of the watch. The exact reference is 95.9600.3620/01.I300. ZENITH describes its dial as silver-toned or silvery-white, with a sunray finish and engraved four-pointed-star pattern. The date is at 3 o’clock and color-matched to the dial. ZENITH’s product page identifies the reference and configuration.

Case, water resistance and dive features

ZENITH’s 2024 technical sheet gives the titanium case a 42.5 mm diameter and 15.5 mm thickness. The case is brushed, with a black ceramic unidirectional rotating bezel containing luminous material. Other specified features include a screw-down crown, a helium escape valve, a flat sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment on both sides, and a transparent sapphire display back.

The manufacturer rates the watch at 60 ATM; its November 2024 release equates that rating with 600 metres (1,969 feet). This is ZENITH’s stated specification, not a claim of independent dive testing. A depth rating is a laboratory specification and should not be read as a recommendation to expose a particular watch to that depth in ordinary use.

Dial and legibility

The silvery-white sunray dial has engraved four-pointed stars, applied hour markers and luminous hands. ZENITH says the hands and markers use three “X1” grade Super-LumiNova pigments, which emit blue, green and yellow light. Orange details provide contrast; the brand says they reference historic DEFY diver models. The date window sits at 3 o’clock and matches the dial color. ZENITH’s international product listing describes this configuration.

El Primero 3620 SC movement

The automatic El Primero 3620 SC runs at 36,000 vibrations per hour, or 5 Hz, and has an approximately 60-hour power reserve according to ZENITH’s 2024 technical information. Its indicated functions are central hours, minutes and seconds, plus the date at 3 o’clock. The brand also specifies a paramagnetic escapement with key components made of non-metallic silicon. The movement is visible through the sapphire display back.

What straps come with it?

ZENITH’s November 2024 release lists three included options: a titanium bracelet, a black FKM rubber strap, and a long fabric strap made from recycled fishing nets. Confirm the contents with the seller for the specific watch being offered, particularly if buying pre-owned or from an offer that may not include the full original set.

Price and where to buy

ZENITH’s November 2024 launch material lists an introductory price of 10,900 CHF / 11,800 EUR. Those are historical launch figures, not verified current prices or a quote for another country. The release names ZENITH’s physical and online boutiques and authorized retailers as sales channels. Current local pricing, stock, taxes and seller authorization should be confirmed with the relevant boutique or retailer. ZENITH’s November 2024 press release and technical sheet provide the launch details.

What to check when comparing listings

DEFY Extreme Diver variants and offers should not be assumed to share the silver dial or identical accessories. Before comparing, match the exact reference and verify the details for that configuration:

  • Dial color and reference number
  • Case diameter and thickness
  • Water-resistance rating and dive features
  • Movement, frequency and power reserve
  • Case and bracelet materials, plus included straps
  • Regional price, warranty and seller authorization

For replacement accessories, ZENITH’s U.S. catalog lists straps under the DEFY Extreme Diver name and identifies compatibility with the Extreme Diver family. Check the fit and compatibility stated for the exact strap before ordering: ZENITH’s U.S. DEFY Extreme Diver strap catalog.
