Everyday use: the core Apple Watch experience

Display and health-feature tradeoffs
The SE 2 has a Retina LTPO OLED display rated by Apple up to 1,000 nits, but it does not have an Always-On display. If you want the time or workout information to remain visible when your wrist is lowered, that is an important difference to weigh against the SE 3, which Apple introduced with an Always-On display.

Battery life and water resistance
Apple lists up to 18 hours of normal use for the SE 2. This is a manufacturer specification, not a promise of a particular runtime for every user. Actual battery life depends on use and the condition of the specific watch, especially when buying a used device.
Apple rates the SE 2 as water resistant to 50 meters. Water resistance is not the same as waterproofing, and condition matters for a used watch. Do not assume an older or damaged device retains its original resistance.
