The Apple Watch Ultra 3’s $699.99 price was reported as a record low in a dated Amazon deal on November 1, 2025—not as a confirmed offer today. As of October 5, 2026, Apple has announced the newer Ultra 4, and current Ultra 3 pricing and stock have not been established. Treat $699.99 as historical unless a retailer listing confirms it now.
What the $699.99 Ultra 3 deal actually meant
MacRumors reported on November 1, 2025, that select Apple Watch Ultra 3 configurations were available on Amazon for $699.99, or $99 below the reported $799 price. MacRumors described the offer as an all-time low at that time. That characterization belongs to the 2025 report; it is not a guarantee of today’s price or a current offer. The reported selection included particular finishes and band configurations, including Ocean Band and Milanese Loop options. A later 9to5Mac report covered Ultra 3 discounts on Amazon in August 2026, including Ocean Band configurations, but it does not establish an October 2026 price or stock status. 9to5Mac’s August 2026 report
Before buying, check the retailer’s live listing for the exact finish and band, the current price, and whether the item is sold by the retailer or a third-party seller. A headline price from a past deal report cannot confirm present availability.

How Ultra 3’s launch price compares with the successor
Apple announced Ultra 3 on September 9, 2025, and said it would be available starting September 19. Its U.S. starting price at launch was $799. Apple announced Apple Watch Ultra 4 in September 2026, also with a U.S. starting price of $799. Ultra 3 is therefore a previous-generation model as of October 5, 2026; the announcement of Ultra 4 does not establish that Ultra 3 is still sold at any particular price. What Apple says Ultra 3 offers
Apple announced Ultra 3 in natural and black titanium. Its published battery figures are manufacturer estimates, not independent test results: up to 42 hours in ordinary use and up to 72 hours in Low Power Mode. Apple also estimates up to 20 hours of continuous outdoor workout tracking in Low Power Mode with full GPS and heart-rate readings. Apple also describes satellite communications, 5G cellular, GPS, health features, and workout functions. Availability and eligibility vary by feature: Apple notes, for example, that satellite messaging has regional and carrier requirements, while certain health and Apple Intelligence features have device, language, or regional conditions. Check Apple’s announcement for the qualifications relevant to the feature you intend to use; do not assume every function is available everywhere.

Compare the current, verified Ultra 3 price and configuration with the Ultra 4’s availability and price, and decide whether the older model’s features meet your needs. The cited sources provide launch prices and dated deal reports, not independent performance comparisons or a present-day retailer comparison.
