The company says the parts made at its manufactures come together at its La Chaux-de-Fonds factory. A 2022 catalogue also identifies La Chaux-de-Fonds, Cornol, Chevenez, and Tramelan as Swiss production sites, with final manufacturing stages in La Chaux-de-Fonds.

What “Swiss-made” means—and what it does not
“Swiss-made” is a regulated origin designation for watches, not a promise that every part or raw material comes from Switzerland. Swiss government guidance says a qualifying watch must have a Swiss movement, be technically developed in Switzerland, be assembled and finally inspected there, and generate at least 60% of its production costs in Switzerland. How to check the origin of a specific TAG Heuer
- Find the exact reference or model number. Check the watch and its accompanying documents; a collection name alone may not identify the precise product.
- For a Connected watch, check its regulatory information. Use the instructions to locate the device’s regulatory or certification information, then match its model identifier to the applicable TAG Heuer document.
