Read local time from the dial’s ordinary 12-hour scale. The dedicated GMT hand points to the destination time on the bidirectional bezel’s 24-hour scale. Because that hand distinguishes day from night with a full 24-hour indication, it can show whether the destination time is before or after noon without changing the local hour display. Bell & Ross describes the watch as displaying two time zones simultaneously; that wording is the brand’s promotional description.
