Movement and display
The Prussian Blue uses Calibre 233 with a direct small-seconds display. The Miroir’s Calibre 283 reworks the architecture as a mirror: its sector guilloché indicates the hours, while the seconds wheel’s rotation indicates that the watch is running. Berneron describes the movement itself as the display. These are maker descriptions of the design, not an independent assessment.
Fit, materials, and everyday use
The two documented 38 variants have the same stated case measurements, 18K gold construction, 72-hour power reserve, and 30 m water resistance. The shared measurements make their listed case size comparable, but they do not establish how either watch will fit a particular wrist. A 30 m rating is a limited water-resistance specification; it should not be read as a promise of suitability for swimming or diving.

The Miroir page lists CHF 72,500 excluding VAT on leather and CHF 130,250 excluding VAT on a gold bracelet, with 36 pieces per year combined and allocation on demand. These figures are maker-published terms accessed in 2026 and may change; confirm current pricing, tax treatment, and availability with Berneron.
Hodinkee and Fratello reported that first Miroir deliveries were planned for October 2027. That is a reported schedule, not confirmation that deliveries occurred or will occur on that date (Hodinkee; Fratello Watches, September 1, 2026).

What can—and cannot—be concluded
The evidence supports a comparison between the Mirage 38 Prussian Blue and Mirage 38 Miroir, but not between the Mirage and a verified Fascination. If “Fascination” was intended to refer to another Berneron model, the correct name or a reliable product reference is needed before making claims about differences.
At the Mirage’s launch, Sylvain Berneron explained the name by saying, “The project is called Mirage because it’s all the ‘don’ts’ of the watch industry grouped into one piece that’ll exist on its own, almost an illusion.” The quotation appears in Hodinkee’s launch-era introduction; it is background on the name, not a current product specification.
