The retailer’s FAQ says e-shop orders can be paid by card or PayPal, while cash is available for personal store pickup. It also says e-shop orders above EUR 5,000 are handled through an inquiry and completed in person. The FAQ describes pickup at partner stores after notification that an order is ready, as well as branded packaging and a confirmed warranty card. These are general retailer-published terms; confirm the current payment method, pickup boutique, documentation and arrangements for the specific watch before completing a purchase.
What warranty and service should buyers confirm?
Watch De Luxe’s FAQ describes a standard two-year watch warranty and says service issues can be routed through its stores or authorized service centers. It advises taking a battery-powered watch with a depleted battery to a store for referral to an authorized service center, and states that this is free for 24 months after purchase. For an automatic or mechanical watch that will not run, the FAQ advises winding it via the crown, unscrewing a screw-in crown first where applicable, and taking it to a store if it still does not run. Follow the watch’s manual and the specific warranty terms rather than treating general FAQ guidance as a substitute.

Service access is brand- and watch-specific. Tudor’s retailer listing directs owners to an official service centre and describes access through Watch De Luxe to Tudor-trained watchmakers. IWC’s boutique listing includes Watch De Luxe in its service network and authorizes it to service certain IWC timepieces. Ask which service route applies to your model and what the warranty covers before payment.
