Confirm the exact watch
Give Sheron the model or reference you are interested in rather than asking only about a broad collection. Ask whether the watch is available and what steps, if any, are required to purchase it. No current stock, pricing, discount, or wait time is established by Sheron’s public catalogue.
Keep the watch’s documents
Retain your receipt and the international watch guarantee card supplied with the watch. Sheron’s complaint information refers to these documents for watches. Its jewelry certificate, which identifies a jewelry item and its gemstone characteristics, is not a substitute for watch-specific warranty paperwork.

Authorized service and warranty information
Sheron lists its authorized watch-service location at Panská 2, 811 01 Bratislava, with hours Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00. The retailer recommends a general overhaul after five years of use and says certified service has the advantage of parts supplied directly by the manufacturer. Warranty terms depend on whether you mean the retailer’s general complaint information or Rolex’s guarantee after a complete service. Sheron’s service and complaints page describes a 24-month warranty from the purchase date, covering manufacturing defects and excluding, among other things, mechanical damage, careless handling, unauthorized service, and normal wear on certain watch components. It says claims require the receipt and the international watch guarantee card for a watch, and that costs will be communicated in advance when a complaint is not covered. Since the page may not reflect current terms, confirm the written conditions with Sheron when buying.

Separately, Sheron’s Rolex servicing page describes service ranging from bracelet adjustment to a full overhaul. It says watchmakers are trained and assessed by Rolex and that a complete service carries a two-year Service Guarantee. The guarantee excludes accidental damage or mishandling and may be lost after unauthorized intervention or use of non-Rolex parts or accessories. This post-service guarantee is distinct from the retailer’s purchase warranty.
