Yes—the camouflage G-Shock GA-2100 models reported before Casio’s announcement are real. Casio Europe officially announced the GA-2100CM collection on February 20, 2026, confirming two colorways. The “military makeover” describes the look, not a verified military contract, endorsement, or military test.
What was leaked—and what Casio later confirmed
T3 reported the camouflage models on February 1, 2026, before Casio’s official announcement. Casio Europe confirmed the collection on February 20. The pre-announcement report was a secondary sighting, not a disclosure Casio had verified at the time. T3’s February 1 report and Casio Europe’s announcement establish that sequence.

The confirmed collection is the GA-2100CM, which applies Casio’s original G-Shock camouflage pattern to the familiar analog-digital GA-2100 design. Design, construction, and listed functions
Casio Europe’s release describes a matte-black dial, luminous hands and indices, an analog-digital display, and Carbon Core Guard construction. No such conclusion is supported by Casio’s GA-2100CM pages. Casio’s separate military-watch page lists the GA2100-1A1 among models subjected to selected MIL-STD-810 methods in 2026, and says tested models are not specifically endorsed by a military branch. GA2100-1A1 is a distinct reference; the testing information does not show that a GA-2100CM variant underwent those tests. Casio military-watch information
