Casio’s Fine Metallic Series pairs a vivid red LCD with a stainless-steel bezel on four G-SHOCK designs: the GM-110YRA, GM-2100YRA, GM-5600YRA and GM-6900YRA. They are not full-metal watches: Casio’s product page describes the GM-110YRA with a resin case construction and silicone band. A February 2026 report says the models launched in Japan and were appearing in listings in the Netherlands, Spain and Germany, but that is not confirmation of a worldwide release.
Which red-dial G-SHOCK models are in the series?
Casio Japan identifies four references in its Fine Metallic Series: GM-110YRA-8A, GM-2100YRA-8A, GM-5600YRA-8 and GM-6900YRA-8. The Japanese catalog versions reported by Gizmochina use a JF suffix; Casio’s product-page heading omits it. Check the exact regional reference before ordering, since suffixes and availability can vary by market. Casio Japan’s GM-110YRA-8A page is the official source for the series presentation and its listed models.
| Model family | Design orientation | Display style |
|---|---|---|
| GM-110YRA | Chunky 110 design | Analog-digital, as described in Gizmochina’s report |
| GM-2100YRA | Slim, octagonal 2100 design | Digital display with analog hands, as described in the report |
| GM-5600YRA | Square 5600 design | Digital, as described in the report |
| GM-6900YRA | Round 6900 design | Digital, as described in the report |
These family descriptions help distinguish the silhouettes, not establish that the four watches share dimensions or identical specifications. Refer to the relevant country-specific Casio page for exact measurements and functions.
Are they full-metal watches?
No. “Metal” here describes the bezel, not an all-metal case and bracelet. Casio’s GM-110YRA product page specifies a stainless-steel bezel, resin construction and silicone band, alongside a vivid red LCD. Casio’s Full Metal collection is a separate category; its name refers to a stainless-steel exterior and band. The GM-YRA models should therefore be described as metal-bezel G-SHOCKs, not Full Metal watches.

Where are they available, and what do they cost?
Gizmochina reported on February 17, 2026 that the watches had been announced in Japan earlier that week and were making their way to Europe, with listings in the Netherlands, Spain and Germany. This is secondary reporting. The official Casio pages cited here do not establish availability in those countries or a global, simultaneous release, so check the local Casio site or a retailer for current stock and the exact reference.
The same report gives these Japanese prices:
| Models | Price reported for Japan |
|---|---|
| GM-110YRA and GM-2100YRA | ¥40,150 each, as reported by Gizmochina on February 17, 2026 |
| GM-5600YRA and GM-6900YRA | ¥37,400 each, as reported by Gizmochina on February 17, 2026 |
These figures are prices reported by Gizmochina, not independently confirmed official prices. Its European-price paragraph repeats the GM-2100YRA model number while assigning it two different prices. Because of that inconsistency, those euro prices should not be relied on without confirmation from a country-specific Casio or retailer listing.

- Forged in stainless steel with rounded hairline finish, the strong bezel says super style all the way
- Super LED Light
- Shock Resistant
- Mineral Glass
What features are reported?
Gizmochina attributes shock resistance, 20-bar water resistance, mineral glass, LED backlighting, auto calendars, alarms and timers to the lineup. The official Casio page reviewed for this series is for the GM-110YRA-8A; it does not establish a complete feature-by-feature comparison for all four models. Verify each function against the regional product page for the precise watch you are considering.
The GM-YRA series is also distinct from Casio’s ICONIC RED collection. The shared red color does not make them the same product line.
